Auto Repair near Sand Creek, WI

“All I can say is gilberts of sand creek is awsome. I drive a 23 yr old truck cross country and I had broke down out east and had a dealer tell me there was recalls I never did sense I bought the truck in 03. Long story short I was able to fix my truck in the dealership parking lot and get it out of that dealership. I called Steve at sand creek and said I was heading north for home and told him about the supposed recalls. He asked for the vin a conformed what the other dealership said and ask when I would be going though sand creek and I said Friday and no problem. Upon arrival they asked if I had everything I needed out of truck and I said yes they took the keys and came back and said here's is a loaner. I can't express the out poor of curtisy from gilberts. My truck is 23 yrs old and I was treated like it was a new one. I would like to thank Steve and the whole staff at gilberts for such a great experience. If you are reading this review its probably because you dont trust dealerships let me tell you this if I Ever need a vehicle I will go to gilberts of sand creek the service and customer support is aaa+ thanks for making a rough trip home turn into a pleasurable experience.”
