I came in here to purchase a phone. Then inquired about another phone which they were looking into whether I could get the one I want. Was told I would be contacted on Monday. No call. Next thing you know I am being told they order a phone without my permission and charged for it. They had it shipped to their store. I called US cellular and got it taken off my bill and called this place and told them I did not ask for the phone to be ordered. That they needed to return

Great customer service from an experienced agent Alex (AJ) Elliot. I came here to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy s10 from my very dated iphone 6s. My mother and I were greeted by Alex right away. He was very personable and made the process as smooth as it could be (there were some system errors on the store's end that came up). He explained everything, helped us get the best deal, and helped me save more money too with my trade in and 20% off accessories. Had a great time talking with Alex and feel he has an all around great character. After my phone was set up he also helped troubleshoot some service issues and wifi calling issues my mother was having. I really appreciate Alex being professional yet chill and making a great experience for us. Keep up the great work!

I am a huge fan of customer service. Stopped in today with some phone issues and guestions. Consultant Edgar Barba provided just that. He was helpful,professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Kudos!!

Was horrible. I went in for a prepay plan. First, I'm not Spanish and find it very rude when being assisted and he's speaking Spanish to fellow employees. Then i was told that they couldn't use my own name for service so it'd be under "anonymous " which didn't sound right. Wasn't given a reason other than some lame excuss. Then was told a phone was $20 since I'm a new customer. Questioned him about it several times and he kept telling me $20. Then ended up being $100+. Couldn't or wouldn't answer questions regarding the phone. I told them to forget the whole transaction. Especially since it wasn't being put in my name but using my info. Was told it'd all be cancelled. It'd better be!! Something's not right when my name couldn't be used on the transaction. Will never go to that store again.

I drive out to Sauk city from Madison just for the service. Everyone has been super friendly. I've been a customer for 5 years and I wouldn't think of going elsewhere. Last time I loathed my new phone and they let me switch it out, with no hassle. Great store

horrible customer service. I am a 15 year U.S cellular customer, went in knowing my contract was up; wanted to weigh my options and see what I could get. The young lady at the desk gave zero eye contact, had her PERSONAL phone on the desk which was ringing while I was trying to talk to her and instead of putting it away she flipped it over. no smile no eye contact the young lady literally told me I had the best family plan out there; mind you I have an olllllllllddd LG phone no data nothing, just a cheap phone. She told me I couldn't upgrade because of my eligibility..first time ever heard that there was a difference between contract being up and eligibility...thought they were the same thing..and when I asked her about my contract and when it was up she only talked about my eligibility and that it's not up for a year...Will never go to that store again and will be contacting management....
