I needed a memory card put in my phone and Ugur was extremely helpful in showing me different memory cards online so that I knew exactly what I was looking for at Walgreen's . He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He is so professional and I love his kindness!

You told my ex that he needed to use my personal phone to get his new US Cellular phone set up. You have a business phone. I'm sure all of your employees have personal phones like I do. Why would you prompt him to come to me to get his phone set up and use my phone to do it? Your business is about phones. The merchandise he purchased at Wal-Mart screams US Cellular on the packaging. And you can't use this as a golden opportunity to obtain another consumer? Let him do business with you for both of your sakes and leave me out of it!

I am so thankful for the guys at Sauk City USCELLALAR store. Cole and Tyson were patient made sure that we got to the bottom of my phone issues that started on 12/20/23 and they were all to get my phone working on 2/1/24. Thank you guys for your help and customer service.
