“While driving home from Wi to Illinois my car stalled at an intersection after getting gas.The Sheriff Dept called Eddie's and the tow truck was there in less than 10 minutesThe service technician Peter quickly identified the problem even though he had other work to do! Thanks!!!!Then Brittany in the office started making calls to obtain the part required a fuel pump Sadly it was coming from a warehouse from Chicago and would not arrive until the next day!She then drove me to a nearby hotel and the next morning made additional calls to see if she could find the pump! She did and it was delivered at 11:30 and a very short time Peter installed the pump and I was ready to go.Kelly another office gal came to the hotel to pick me up Kudo's to Brittany for her friendly service, quick responses and going way above and beyond Both Kelly who is training Brittany were incredible!Highly recommend! A special thanks to the tow truck driver, Peter, Brittany and KellyYou are all awesome!”

“Sadly I had to sell my motorcycle and my wife and I decided that we wanted something fun since we don’t drive long distances anymore.I had the pleasure of working with Trevor the sales person, Aaron the finance person, and Rick the manager. I purchased a 2024 jeep sport S two-door. Ever since I was a mechanic in the army I’ve always wanted a two door jeep. Cloth top as well.I put over 2000 miles on it in two weeks so I thought I better buy the unlimited mileage seven year extended warranty. Gives me peace of mind since I want to keep this even if I get another car.We are having so much fun!!!I want to call out the patience that Trevor, Rick, and Aaron had with me.I highly recommend this team!
