“Sadly I had to sell my motorcycle and my wife and I decided that we wanted something fun since we don’t drive long distances anymore.I had the pleasure of working with Trevor the sales person, Aaron the finance person, and Rick the manager. I purchased a 2024 jeep sport S two-door. Ever since I was a mechanic in the army I’ve always wanted a two door jeep. Cloth top as well.I put over 2000 miles on it in two weeks so I thought I better buy the unlimited mileage seven year extended warranty. Gives me peace of mind since I want to keep this even if I get another car.We are having so much fun!!!I want to call out the patience that Trevor, Rick, and Aaron had with me.I highly recommend this team! “So far it has been an exceptional experience. Living in Wisconsin I was bound to hit a deer at some point and I was directed to crash champions by my insurance company. They didn't make me wait, were very friendly and I was out quickly. After my claim is approved they order the parts and then when the parts come in I take my car over and they keep it just a day or two. Unlike the other places I was directed to where they wanted to keep my car for a month! Don't fall for that!”

“I had a large dent in my bumper from hitting a traffic barrel (it was laying sideways in the roadway) so I went to get an estimate. They took the time to pop out the dent. The gentleman used his torch and heated the bumper so he could get the dent out. He even polished my bumper. Great customer service and great people. He didn't charge me for this minimal service, but I can assure I will tell all my friends and family that need collision repair that Kaliber is the place you want to go. They went above and beyond. Anytime I need service I will be returning there. They also clean headlights if you need this service check them out.”
