Mandie, the trainer was amazing to work with! But over all, all staff is kind & knowledgeable. Prices hurt a bit, but you do know your dog is taken care of!!! They even do body checks while they are at over night camp! Never knew until I saw little reports, neat that they do that just for the health of your pup!

Some people recommended Dawgs in Motion but I did not have a good experience. AND BE WARNED - they will nickel and dime you for everything! Most places I’ve boarded with in the past you pay one fee for everything - interaction with other dogs, swimming, medication administration, etc. Not here. Here’s things you will be charged for separately:- Swimming plus you have to pay for a “swim test” prior to the boarding.- Day camp for dogs to interact with others. Night camp for them to stay overnight and only stay in their kennel except for bathroom breaks. If you pay for night camp you have to pay for day camp if you want your dogs to interact with other dogs.- Fee if they have to administer more than 1 medication.- Evaluation fee, plus day camp fee, if you want your dog to test it out one day to see they like it. Most places offer you a free day of boarding to see how things go.- We picked up on a Sat. They close at 4 pm but if you come after 1 you are charged a whole day.- Want them to get extra walks? There is a cost.- You will get charged per dog if you cancel at any time. I understand last minute cancels but if you cancel within a reasonable time, you shouldn’t get charged.- My dog had a minor medicalIssue. They didn’t contact me. They contacted my emergency contact when they should have contacted me. If they couldn’t reach me then yeah contact the emergency contact.- We have two dogs but they would not allow them to share a kennel. I insisted that it would help my hound dog because it was really going to stress her out but they refused. I was already signing a liability form that put me responsible anyways for any damages or unwanted behavior so how is that any different if they shared a kennel??? I’m already agreeing to be liable for them.Yes, the facility was nice but it was overpriced. It cost me $70 for two dogs for one night and that was for just night camp. Can you imagine what it would have been if I get anything more? Insane. I normally paid $55 for 2 dogs at another kennel. But we were in a tight bind and most other kennels were booked so we boarded them there.Plus, one of my dogs had some stomach issues. They cleaned her kennel but they did not wipe her down. When we got home she had that dried mess on the back of her legs. We gave her a bath of course but I was mad. They may cleaned her kennel, but not her.I would not recommend Dawgs in Motion and will never take my dogs back there. In response to Dawgs in Motion comment - I was not informed of the medication charge until I got there and dropped them off. Yes, it was waived but it makes no sense you are charging people to administer medication to their dogs. That should be part of the care they receive. As for as not complying somehow, I do not know what you mean. I labeled all of the food and medications for my dogs so you could tell who it went to. If that wasn’t clear, no one told me otherwise or contacted me if something was not clear.

Out of all the doggy daycares/boarding locations around I will always recommend dogs in motion. You can believe that behind the scenes they truly care about your dog and making sure it is getting the attention/care it needs. Not needing an appointment to come in and look around says a lot in itself. I bring my moms dog in for daycare and she always looks forward to going and is well looked after.

Would never take Forrest anywhere else. This place is the best. And so accommodating in an emergency. Very tender hearted people.

Amazing service and skill! When our local groomer Close down we were so sad… Just goes to show you sometimes change is good! So grateful for these professional groomers in our area! We’ve been back to visit several times and every time I’m more impressed than the last!

Our dogs had an amazing time at nightcamp!!! We were very nervous as we’ve never boarded before, but I love how detailed DIM is and they take the time to really care for your dogs! We received photos, detailed behavior sheets, and a schedule of their eating/bathroom movements while they were there. Highly recommend!!

We took our two active girls ? ? there this past weekend for their first overnight camp and they seemed to have the best time. We received 2 report cards and lots of information and pictures of their stay and swim. I felt very comfortable leaving them. Check in process was smooth. They are thorough and I liked that. When I picked them up, they met us outside which was nice. Everyone was friendly. I recommend Dawgs in Motiom. What a wonderful first experience. I look forward to bringing our girls here in the future. ?

Very happy with their overnight care! My dog came home with a report of how he did as well as photos. Great experience, answered emails in a very timely manner and were polite in answering all of my first time dog boarding questions.

This was an awful experience. The lady’s at the front desk were very unorganized, unprofessional and rude. They insisted to tell me the most absurd things about my dog that he’s never done before. My dogs always been well socialized, frequent daycare and dog parks, all the necessary training. When I did our evaluation and picked him up the staff was all over the place, desk was cluttered with dog file after file. She basically copped an attitude with me when I asked to see my dog and when asked to get my files back on my dog they took almost 20 mins to scramble around to give me my paperwork all while discussing with me in a rude manner about my dogs first day. Not really sure what happens behind closed doors there… seems like they just keep your dogs locked up and limit all of their play and outside usage. My dog didn’t seem to like the staff who was handling him and who knows how she was treating him. He was thrilled to get out of there and came home and was very dehydrated and lethargic after 2hrs.Save your money, there’s better care out there!
