Always great service at Schmit Bros. The staff is super friendly, the dealership and customer lounge is always clean (important!), and they go out of their way to ensure my safety behind the wheel. If you are in the market to buy, sell, or lease, please consider talking with the great folks at Schmit Bros.

Wonderful experience with Quintin in the body shop. He went above & beyond to look at my 4Runner the same day as my accident and made sure I got the best deal possible through my insurance. A huge help to have someone that deals with the process daily to help out and make the entire process go quickly. Highly recommend!

THIS dealership that's been around since 1912 told us they will no longer work on our vehicle (that's under warranty and they've only looked at once) because they are afraid they won't satisfy us which could result in them receiving a negative survey. There is a safety concern happening in which my wheel tilts harshly left or right on its own at highway speeds. The dealer looked at it for 30 minutes which included a road test that confirmed the concern and reprogramming the wheel and said, "your tires need to be replaced because they're cupped and it needs an alignment." We drove off the lot and the concern was still happening.Within a week, new tires and rims were put on the Jeep and it was aligned. The problem was still happening. My husband was in constant communication with the dealership and we got nothing but the run around for going back in. We were told they needed to confirm with the technician when it worked in his schedule to look at it again.Fast forward to today, we were asked when we can bring our Jeep back in and then my husband received a call from the service manager stating, "Per the owner, I was told to tell you that we will no longer touch your Jeep. He doesn't feel we'll be able to satisfy you with the repair and doesn't want a bad survey from it."Fast forward to today, we were asked when we can bring our Jeep back in and then my husband received a call from the service manager stating, "Per the owner, I was told to tell you that we will no longer touch your Jeep. He doesn't feel we'll be able to satisfy you with the repair and doesn't want a bad survey from it."Word of advice: A car purchase is the second largest purchase people make. When you treat them like garbage after they leave your lot, I surely hope you do not expect to be valued and respected within the community. This is why we both left the automotive industry. We were tired of making someone else's dream thrive when the owner(s)/management were nothing but greedy and only cared about the bottom dollar. This is why we both now run our own businesses.Take care of people and in turn they will take care of you.

I saw a listing on CARFAX and placed an inquiry into the availability of the Vehicle. Whithin 30 min I received a text message and email from Kayla with Schmidt bros Auto. She was polite, informative, consistent, and knowledgeable. She even saved me money on my previously owned vehicle. I love my Jeep Liberty. Thank you Kayla-DorianMichael Moses

Don't go here unless you want to be outrageously upcharged for labor. Was even billed for the guy who answered the phone to when I made an appointment. Part was $60, but my final bill came up to almost $700.

All was well today until a THIS dealership that's been around since 1912 told us they will no longer work on our vehicle (that's under warranty and they've only looked at once) because they are afraid they won't satisfy us which could result in them receiving a negative survey. Hold. The. Fork. I drive my Jeep everywhere, for everything. Toting around animals, kids, cleaning equipment, vacations, you name it, she's had 14,000 miles packed on her in 6 months. We knew I drove a lot which is why I got the newer car. There's a safety concern happening in which my wheel tilts harshly left or right on its own at highway speeds. The dealer looked at it for 30 minutes which included a road test that confirmed the concern and reprogramming the wheel and said, "your tires need to be replaced because they're cupped and it needs an alignment." We drove off the lot and the concern was still happening. Within a week, new tires and rims were put on the Jeep and it was aligned. The problem was still happening. My husband was in constant communication with the dealership and we got nothing but the run around for going back in. We were told they needed to confirm with the technician when it worked in his schedule to look at it again. Between him and I, we have 35 years in the business. A technician does NOT determine what they are going to look at and when. Fast forward to today, we were asked when we can bring our Jeep back in and then my husband received a call from the service manager stating, "Per the owner, I was told to tell you that we will no longer touch your Jeep. He doesn't feel we'll be able to satisfy you with the repair and doesn't want a bad survey from it." Hold. The. Fork. X2We've both been service managers. We've both had to deal with tricky vehicles many times, we both have never told a customer because of potential negative feedback we won't touch your car. Not for any reason! We have a safety concern, a Jeep that's close to 36,000 miles, and we're now being forced to go elsewhere. In addition to this, and this is the BEST part of this whole scenario, the owner relayed to my husband via email, "Your standards are too high." My husband owns his own auto repair business and does quality work at an affordable price. His standards are high because every vehicle he touches he takes seriously and puts safety as his number one priority. As a side note, we both worked for this dealer as well which is why they were our first choice. My husband also refers clients who come to see him with warranty work to go to that dealer because we trusted them. Word of advice: A car purchase is the second largest purchase people make. When you treat them like garbage after they leave your lot, I surely hope you do not expect to be valued and respected within the community. This is why we both left the automotive industry. We were tired of making someone else's dream thrive when the owner(s)/management were nothing but greedy and only cared about the bottom dollar. This is why we both now run our own businesses. Take care of people and in turn they will take care of you.Might I add this dealer also had to repaint another one of our cars 3 times while it was there, damaged interior trim pieces and panels, and hacked up our $1000 magnificent exhaust on our charger. We've given them a fair shake MANY times.

My recent buying experience with Schmit Ford was my best I've had in over 40 years! My Salesperson, Nick Kopp, was very helpful throughout the entire process, from fact-finding to ordering on the first day of availability for the '23 Maverick last September and during the nearly 9 month wait until it finally arrived this week! Nick always kept me updated along the way and was very accommodating to my two change requests before the vehicle was finally scheduled for build. The vehicle arrived just as I had ordered and final sales transaction was quick & easy with zero surprises! I will definitely refer all my friends & family to Nick & Schmit Ford!

Craig Knabe is the best sales person there! I have had absolutely no issues or concerns with the last 2 jeeps I purchased. Craig is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Never in the past did I look forward to purchasing a new vehicle until I met Craig. I'm already looking forward to my next jeep!Forever a jeep girl!

Very positive experience at Schmit Bros! I worked with Craig Knabe and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my vehicle, even though I live 3 hours away! Through emails, texts and in person interaction he was very professional and provided one of the best experiences I’ve had with buying a vehicle. He made sure to go over features of my new vehicle with me and has even helped me out with questions many weeks after purchasing (always with very quick response times!) I would highly recommend working with Schmit Bros.

Reggie was a very professional and personable salesman-not pushy at all.I ordered a 2022 Bronco in December of 2021 and just received the vehicle in October of 2022. Throughout the waiting period Reggie communicated with me and gave me updates on my vehicle almost monthly ensuring I knew any pertinent details. He clearly described what to expect and always made sure I was in the loop with the build of my vehicle all the way through to the day I picked it up.If you’re looking to buy a Ford I’d highly recommend seeing Reggie.
