I love working with the people at this Sherwin Williams in Saukville.The staff is always so nice and helpful. I tell them what I'm doing and direct me in the right direction as to what product would work best.

I won't shop here any more. Here's why: I stopped in on late on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted by an older woman. It appeared she was the only employee at the store and she was helping another customer. All good. I had a quick return to make and had one question about whether the store carried 3-inch rollers (all I saw were 4-inch rollers on the shelf). Seeing that the other customer needed more assistance, the employee asked if she could take care of me first, since my needs would be quickly taken care of. The other customer agreed. I told the employee I wanted to make a return, but I didn't have the credit card with me that I used to make the purchase. (The item was about $6.) I asked if I could just get cash back or a store credit. The older woman employee proceeded to berate me in front of the other customer, accusing me of trying to rob the store. What? Are you serious? OK, so what about the 3-inch roller? She told me I'm making those up and they don't exist because Shewin-Williams doesn't have those. She claimed my intention was to simply make her look bad in front of the other customer. Again, what? You're kidding, right? She's a real piece of work and absolutely needs to be reprimanded. I eventually left the store and bought my 3-inch roller at Home Depot, which also happens to be the place I buy all my paint and accessories now. Horrendous. Not sure what her problem is/was. Bad apple, I guess.

When I went to get paint on Monday around 4:30 the lady wasn't the most pleasant and helped other people in between me when I was there first and just didn't seem that confident in what she was doing. This was my first time in that store and it wasn't a good experience; was there way too long
