Literally took forever to order then I come home and the “flatbread” was super thin and crispy to the point of being burnt. It was disgusting. Warming up this one I’ve had for over a decade the same sandwich at others and never had to complain but this one was just gross and hard to eat w my teeth. I’m going to try and call to get a new made cuz I can’t eat the other side it’s much harder. Guess calling corporate cuz can’t even call back. I do not want to travel another 20 mins after getting off of work to possibly get a remake smh- don’t go here unless u have really low expectations and I usually hate complaining but this is just bad

Phone is disconnected. Other reviews are complaining about the same issue so they are already aware of it and its likely intentional. Couldnt get the pickup time on my mobile order corrected because they disconnected their phone, couldnt get a refund on my several-hour-old order because "we dont do refunds".

Ordered online, had DoorDash deliver it. Apparently the DRIVER tried to call and say that this location was out of the sandwich we tried to order, and he only brought half the order. His number came up as SPAM so we did not answer. The call should have came from SUBWAY. I tried to call this Subway location to give them a chance to rectify their error, and I just get a busy signal. Every. Single. Time.Vegetarian options: This Subway was out of the Veggie Patty, although it let us order it online, and NO ONE CALLED to ask us if we wanted something else. They just sent the Door Dash driver out without it.

We ordered 3 sandwiches ahead of time online. When we entered to pick them up they hadn't started them even though the app notified us that they were ready and we had given a tip. We had to wait 20 minutes for our order to complete while they helped other customers in line. My family is extremely disappointed when we have had no complaints before. It also looked like the manager had left while we were waiting.

I sincerely don't understand why you would have someone who doesn't understand English taking orders. That's just complete frustration on both sides. Makes no sense and yet here we are.

The girls working were really nice and accommodating. They made sure it's what we wanted and even labeled the sandwiches on which ones they were.

Surprisingly good. Best subway I've been to hands down. I swear my sub was perfectly made loll. The veggies were super fresh. The staff was nice and the place was really clean. Deff recommend.

Was very Late, Service was rude, Not a store I’d ever recommend anyone visit, they will be very, very, slow. I ordered takeout but they still took forever! We found 3 pieces of paper from the cheese when they take it off, one lady was nice, but this is unacceptable.

Ordered online 2 hours before closing, arrived and door was locked. No sign saying why they were closed earlier than posted hours.
