All of the staff at the clinic were so wonderful and caring. It was time to say goodbye to my 19 yr old cat and they couldn't have more compassionate to both of us.

I always have a positive experience with the doctors and staff. They love my dog and everyone likes to see him. Also, they treat him well. The only thing that frustrates me is when I check out and the bill is so high. I have to play the wait and see game with my dogs’ illness/injury because taking him in costs a lot. Overall, it’s a positive place.

The people are nice. However for their super expensive fees etc they can't test lung fluid that they drained for cancer, etc? I would go somewhere else that can do more complete testing and will charge way less.

Terrible horrible place!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!I called stating my dog was dying and what would euthanize cost and how soon, my dog was majorly suffering. I brought him in 4x blood test as well and they kept giving him antibiotics!!! Not telling me it was cancer…. The woman when I called cut me off and said”well you owe a bill we cannot move forward without a payment!” No sincerity , no kindness just ALL about money. Not even a suggestion of where I could go to stop his misery!!! The woman was blunt and very very unkind and rude!!!I had been a long time client and if that’s how they treat people I don’t want anything to do with them!!I don’t even want to go into what they did to my other dog, antibiotics are what they do their solution to everything!!!If you love your pet do not go here!!!!

6.22.2023. Please I would not recommend this place. They don't care about your dog or pets. I had an appointment on 6.22.23. I was coming in with my dog for a nail trim and to pick up his food. We arrived early. I was told we needed to reschedule. Tech said we don't have records of rabies vaccine. I explained. I contacted my mobile vet for records several times. My dog also needed RX food. I told tech and office Manger SARAH. He needed his food. I contacted Mobil vet on the phone. Dr Tom at Hiltop. He sent records to my email. At that time records didn't arrive at the office. The office manager kicked me out. Would not allow me to purchase food at 57.00. Every two weeks I come to pick up his food. I'm concerned for his health now. He will get very sick now the runs and get dehydrated. They don't care. She said said spoke to her inappropriate. I did recorded this conversation I knew it would end badly. The office Manger was the one who was rude. I have the paper work. Hope I can find a vet soon. I care about his safety. I will be contacting legal advice. If anything happe5to my poor Tiago.

I have taken both my pups here many times (1 that is also terrified of people) and have never had a poor experience. The doctors and staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable. They're also very good about squeezing you in when something more urgent seems to be going on. Thank you so much for all you do, your human and animal friends appreciate it ?

Someone had recommended this facility to me years ago. I am so glad to have taken the advice. I have cried many a tear, for pets lost, during these many years. What matters, in the end, is that the people caring, for your pet, do all that is possible, to get you through a hellish time. I have always felt the people here cared, and did their best. Of course, pets do die, no matter what is done sometimes, but knowing the staff gave it their all means everything. All staff matter, from the Vet caring directly, for your loved one, to the person greeting you, as you enter, when you are at your worst! I needed someone to care, with me. I got that in spades!

They were very patient with my dog who has very high anxiety and we’re able to give him all of his vaccines however when I made the decision to skip the heart worm test (he wouldn’t let it happen) and would prefer to just continue to have him on heart guard they refused. I called and spoke with the front desk who was incredibly kind and helpful many times and they still refuse. My dog is 7 and to me having him on the meds out weighs him not being on it. I said I’d take full responsibility and they could put it in his chart.

We are so satisfied with the care Dr. Hinze provided for our sweet love Dakota. She didn’t just treat Dakota, she treated her as part of our family and always made sure we knew our options and choices to do what was best for our girl. Thank you for being part of our family VCA. You didn’t just care about Dakota, you all also cared about Dakota’s family and that means so much to us.

Two weeks ago, our senior cat came in for a checkup. The recommendation was to get an xray for a mouth irritation. I made an appointment yesterday for him to get the xray ASAP, as our cat doesnt want to eat. I was told to withhold food for today's Xray, as sedation would probably be necessary. When my husband brought our cat today, he was told that todays appointment was for bloodwork only. Apparently the xray is done along with a $500 dental procedure. Our cat has no teeth; why put him at risk for a dental he may not need? DISGUSTED that the person I booked with either didn't know the protocol or just wanted to juice us for extra charges. On the same note, noticed that patient's medical records not updated since last appointment. I am DISAPPOINTED that our elderly cat unnecessarily had to endure missing a meal AND the stress of transportation for this appointment...Update 10/21/21: Thank you so much to Samantha, clinic manager, for reaching out. My husband & I now understand that there were some miscommunications, due a new person in the office. Fortunately, this is a mentoring opportunity and no harm done. Appreciate the clarification, and feel more informed about Toby's dental procedure this week.
