We were in town for the night and I forgot my son's needles for his insulin. I ran in , in total panic mode and explained the situation. The lady at the counter went and asked the pharmacist if it was possible to get one or two and offered to pay for them. She just smiled and said no problem. I have had a lot of negative experiences with Walgreens in my town, but I am majorly thankful to the Port Washington Walgreens!!! Customer service does still exist.

Pharmacist cant be bothered to stay at work for a full day, guess everyone can just wait for their meds and you idiots still accept script orders then just leave. 200k/yr for a gd mook.Just a reminder that this pharmacy is run by useless individuals

It's pretty much a zero anymore. Got an attitude from pharmacy because they can't get a medication and we're out of it, after I was told it would be filled next day. Mega corp going down fast. Scripts being filled off site at centralized pharmacy, supply chain shot. Overworked and don't seem to really care. A lot of the staff seem to have disappeared. Don't trust what you're told, follow up continuously, and enjoy the awful hold music.

Good experiences, except last time my prescription took a long time to come out although I called previously and they said it was ready for pickup right away

Reading all the negative reviews and I just had a very positive experience. The person waiting on me was super helpful and kind. As I was waiting, I watched her first customer of the day treat her so rudely because she had to wait 20 mins for a Rx. These places are short staffed and struggling right now - a little patience and understanding can go a long way!

Used to have nothing but good experiences with them. Has been increasingly rough. The pharmacy just decided to stop answering their phones today and letting people wait on hold an hour or more without picking up, no option to leave a voicemail. All we needed to do was cancel in order so we could fill our prescription somewhere else, and it was kind of urgent because the prescription is in short supply. The store wouldn't even put us through for a 30-second request to cancel the order. It's just so sad.

If you are prescribed ADHD medication they will give you a hard time. I’m switching pharmacies asap been dealing with their disrespect for years. When I get her name I’m coming back to post it but there is a girl that works at night that needs to get fired.

Walgreens pharmacy is horrible! My first visit here and definitely my last. My Dr. hand writes prescriptions and I wanted to drop the paper form off and pick up the prescription in a few days when it will be ready. I live over 20 minutes away, well the pharmacy staff and pharmacist refused to take it. Not sure why because they accepted the person's paper prescription in line before me. They were completely rude and unprofessional with me. The reason I say unprofessional was because of the comment the pharmacist made to me, "well the overdose rate is through the roof" my prescription is not related to overdoses, why she made that comment baffles me and I was completely uncomfortable with her labeling me. I recommend a different pharmacy. This place is understaffed, unprofessional and have an "I can't be bothered" attitude towards the customers.

Photo department: My mom went into Walgreens to get Christmas photos printed, only half of them were creditably worthy to use. The pictures were cropped way less than the original photo. She did go back to Walgreens and complained, only because she didn't have enough photos for mailing. They printed off another box exactly the same as the first one. ?♂️ Ontop of this they can't spell her name correctly.Pharmaceutical department: My dad called for prices on medications he is currently taking. The pharmacy won't give him prices unless he brought a prescription in to get filled. So how are you supposed to know what you will be getting charged? All the neighboring pharmacy's told him the prices.
