Having problems with other propane Companies, I called countryside, And a gentleman named Bill answered the phone on one ring, Finding out that was the The owner, I was pleased to say I am going to have a new tank and a new propane company from now on. Delivery tomorrow!

My dad (Randy) was a loyal customer for as long as I can remember. I'm blessed to have inherited his home where I will continue to stick with Countryside. Pam has been very helpful and kind to my daughter and I.

We woke up the day before Xmas eve with no lp (our fault for not checking) on the coldest day of the year real feel of -44 and they did everything they could even through one of their truck breaking down to get my family lp. The dispatch guy at the office was so kind and helpful. And I'm so grateful to the delivery driver for braving this weather to make up for our mistake. Grateful and will be only using countryside propane from now on! ?

Countryside Bill and Pam have been with us through thick and thin. They have saved us more times than I can count!! Even when we could only afford a 50 lb tank, then 2-50 lb, and finally a full sized. They sometimes had to come a few times a month due to small tanks. Or when were snowed in for 3 days in a blizzard and ran out of propane. Bill made it to us as soon as the road made it possible! Brad and I want to thank you for putting up with us especially when times were tough!! We really appreciate both of you! Thank you for everything!!!

I was in dire need of gas the other day, I made one call and the friendly assistant had me on the list for the next day. Even the delivery driver Matt was awesome and very knowledgeable! Great gas at a great rate! Thanks guys!

As a person in customer service myself I often (by nature) criticize customer service experiences of my own. I know how important customers are and how important it is to take care of them.Today I had an experience with Pam that was less than satisfactory to say the least. I was trying to get someone taken care of that had run out of gas in sun zero temperatures - from her perspective I’m sure this gets frustrating because it happens all too often. However, on the other side there’s a person worried about not having heat for their children in these cold temperatures and not to mention pipes freezing in a house they don’t own. When she told me they couldn’t guarantee delivery today, I had to do something to try to get a guaranteed delivery today. After I was able to get gas delivery guaranteed - I called immediately. This was less than an hour later by the way. She snapped at me indicated she already ran the card and that I should have done this sooner then hung up on me. That is not an example of good customer service - we will no longer consider this company in the future but after reading her reply to other negative reviews, this doesn’t affect her. What a shame.

Pam needs to give respect to there customers. One time I got there service 2 years ago I called today again same bad attitude then hangs up the phone on me.as a business owner myself I would never treat a customer the way she treated me. Pam I tried to let you know personally but you didn't wat to hear it. So here's your review. Ps. Pam no delivery was not same day or emergency. In fact you had no idea when you could deliver. (No idea)
