My experience, to try and receive 2800 dollars my mom has been dead since November, yet there holding , the money that was in that account for reasons un known...the manager was a short tempered and rude.. I suggest you find a better bank ASAP

Everytime I walk into this branch of AB, my day gets a little brighter. The staff is SO friendly and welcoming. You get the vibe that the staff really enjoy working there because the friendliness just radiates. I literally always leave that place with a smile and usually with a laugh as well. Called to make an appointment to open a checking account. Next appointment available is six days out. Every other bank in town is open. You would think they would want your money. Only doing this for the $500 bonus. I can already tell I’m not going to want to do business with this outfit long term.
