Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They took care of the car, sent the video and explained everything they did. The facility is spotless and the waiting area is comfortable and stocked with refreshments. An excellent place to take your car.

It was very easy to get an appointment and they were honest and forthcoming! I recently had an experience with another shop who stated I needed roughly $600 in work and Menke helped debunk that and make sure that my car was in good shape and in fact didn’t need the work the other shop said I did!

Outstanding service!
I had an excellent experience at Menke automotive service center. The team is incredibly friendly, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. They took the time to explain what my vehicle needed, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a shop that genuinely cares about its customers, but this one absolutely does. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest, top-notch automotive care!
