Don't know why people are complaining. You need to call ahead of time for your prescription, they will tell you when it will be ready. Never had a problem. They are always very helpful and not rude. It is a busy pharmacy, sometimes you will have to wait in line when you pick up your prescription.

Staff was extremely rude and I had to come back numerous times before it was ready. The last time I came to pick up my prescriptions, they just ignored me at the drive through. I will not be returning to this pharmacy.

I have always been treated with respect by the pharmacists at the Weston location. They are helpful & knowledgeable. Whoever said “worst ever” must be a curmudgeon. Patience people, patience.

We finally had enough and are quitting using the Pick N Save pharmacy in Schofield. The service is terrible and the majority of the people are rude. When a doctor prescribed an antibiotic to help you get better, you shouldn't have to wait two days to get it. Even when my wife calls in my refills and then goes in two days later, they still are not ready. As much as I hate Walmart, we are forced to try them. They cannot possibly be this bad.

Wait times can be long but they are really respectful and kind everytime. Iv used walmart, walgreens, and CVS. Picknsave blows them out of the water in my experiences hands down.

Switched from Walgreens. A world of difference! Staff is WAY friendlier here. If you’re having issues elsewhere try pick n save pharmacy!

No matter when you come in, they always happen to be "working on your order right now". In other words, they never start until you stop in for it. So a bit of advice, stop in early so they will "start" putting together your order and they'll be done when you actually need it.

the counter people are usually very friendly and helpfull, i hate the drive up window, the speaker sound is horrible, anytime my doctor has put in a med change for me they never have it ready when i pick up my other meds, to visit the pharmacy is a 30 mile round trip. seems like i always have to put on 60 miles or more just to get my meds filled, in a computer age it sure seems like a bad system!

I've only had one issue with one tech there. Everyone else has been amazing. I choose to drive 15 min to get my scripts instead of closer to home because of the customer service.

I went to the pharmacy for my son's cough medication. I'm deaf and when I wrote down the information. She would keep talking to me instead of writing down. I kept telling her to write down instead of talking but she was stubborn. Rude lady and is not happy at the workplace apparently. It was at 2:30pm today.

Absolutely horrible. My prescriptions are never ready and have to wait up to 2 full days for them to fill them. This location is by far the worst pharmacy in the tricounty area.

Kathy was one of the pharmacy tech at this location. She was very rude, no patience or CORE VALUES at all. I think, she needs to find a different job to make her happy, or take her happy pill before come to work.

They don't communicate at ALL with patients or doctors at this pharmacy. It took me over two weeks to get a clear answer about why my new medication wasn't filled yet. They just kept saying they needed the "doctor to authorize it" and to wait. And so I waited. My doctors weren't much help either, but after playing phone tag with them, they eventually told me that Pick N Save told them THRICE that my insurance didn't cover the medication that was requested, therefore it couldn't be filled. Why the pharmacy didn't just tell me insurance declined my medication when I checked the prescription status multiple times is beyond me.This is a communication issue with both my doctor and Pick N Save, but ultimately Pick N Save was the one who never gave me a clear answer and kept telling me to be patient and wait on my doctor's signature. Also, just today, I tried to pickup a refill of a medication which I know my insurance covers. I went to pick it up, and then came the good old "waiting for your doctor" response. Yet my doctor just filled it yesterday while with me. I told the pharmacist this, and to check the medication under the generic name rather than the name-brand. Lo and behold, it showed up and also showed that my doctor already had signed for it! Second times the charm I guess? If I hadn't been persistent, I wouldn't have gotten my meds refilled despite them being done and signed for the whole time.

call every day a week in advance is the only way to get your meds filled on time at this place.
