I prefer shopping here than anywhere in Wausau. The staff are incredible and so friendly. The isles are not very big, so they get congested when shopping with my kids. The organization is not exactly like other Pick N Saves. But easy to ask someone for help

Its my local grocery store. Its a Kroger brand. They have a fun cheese station with good gourmet options. That being said, prices are just going up.

This is one of the cleanest stores I've seen the people are friendly Services great and they just have a new remodel that will be finished at the end of next week that you will need to see. So make sure you stop in.

Nice clean store. Big variety. I like the organic selections and the custom meat counter the best. Did I mention there's a Starbucks inside....

We live in a small community. Pick n Save fits in nicely for us. Being less than a mile off interstate 29, makes it handy.

The Weston location smells!!! As soon as you walk in from any entrance. It smells like rotten seafood. Very off-putting. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, but every time I go in all I can smell is rotten shrimp. Also the register area is very congested. People have to stand in the isles to wait to check out. Push the stuff back.

I've been shopping at the Weston location for years. It's close to home and typically has everything I need. It's biggest selling point is that it's not Walmart. Like most stores it has suffered to have proper staffing since covid. I always see the same hard working ( primarily older) individuals, overwhelmed at the cash registers, often without the aid of baggers. The self check outs, although plenty, are limited to 28 items. Even if there weren't item limits, they are not set up for more items. I have experienced that if I go on the weekend, often the produce department is empty. I literally mean large amounts of items not stocked. It would seem to me management would schedule produce deliveries, and restocking at a better time. As for the smell in the meat department. Some days are worse that others. The combination of seafood and disinfectants can be overwhelming. It does bring to mind the aroma of a morgue. Onto the general clutter in the isles. Maneuvering a cart around the many displays of useless junk blocking the isles, along with the abandoned ladders, and food pallets, all along trying not to hit other shoppers is an obstacle within itself. When the lines for the check outs are backed up down the isles, nobody wants to try to get around giant square bins of energy drinks and Twizzlers. Perhaps pay the employees living wages and benefits, so you wouldn't be so short staffed. As for your woman's bathroom, the small stall door opens to the inside towards the toilet. What genius installed that? I am of average size, and I have to half climb over the toilet before shutting the door. Woman in the bathroom ALL complain about this. Once in passing I was talking with the manager while he worked in the deli, and I brought it up. He responded by saying how he hears that complaint all the time. Hey A$$hole, fix it. It's not rocket science. Now, the needle that broke this camels back. The paper bags. First they stopped using paper bags with handles. I'm guessing this saved the company a fraction of a cent, not to which benefitted the customers or the employees. Now, the brain trust decided it would be cute to shrink the size of the bags as well. Hello, a box of cereal is bigger than the bag. I spend an average of $200 a week on groceries. Instead of making four trips to the car to bring everything in, now I make eight. These mini bags, with no handles, are also thinner. Condensation from frozen foods cause the bags to rip. If there was a Darwin Award for store management, this location would win the prize.

750 am on a Saturday. No registers open.Self checkout had a line 10 people deep. I'll drive cross town to a different non Kroger grocery. Nothing they have here is worth standing in that long a line to check myself out!

The last two times I have bought meat from here I have opened the package to find it browned and rotten smelling. One a chuck roast and the second ground beef. I have seen bad reviews in the past of them changing the dates on meat so im not sure if it’s date changing or they don’t properly store the meat. Avoid the meat here and check the expiration date on all other groceries
