I will always take my vehicles to Safelite in Schofield for glass repair. I called for an appointment and quote for a rock chip in my truck and they were able to get me in the next day. I told the central reservation desk I would not be going through insurance and would just pay cash. When I arrived for my appointment, they asked who my insurance was and I told them I would be paying cash. He informed me that some insurance companies have negotiated a set cash price and he would check on my insurance. When they were done, the price was less than what I was quoted. I would have never known about this, had they not told me about it. I was expecting to pay the quoted price, but was pleasantly surprised by the new amount. Thanks, Safelite for taking care of my truck and my wallet.

Scheduling the appt online was very easy. I was able to get in for a windshield repair the next day. The staff was very friendly, and they explained all the details. Prompt service. I highly recommend them!

I scheduled mobile service for windshield replacement and was called while waiting for the tech that morning, they said they'd have to reschedule because the tech tripped while loading it and broke the windshield. They apologized and stated they'd give a $75 credit for having to reschedule on short notice. The following week I was scheduled for service again, I waited for the tech all morning and at the end of the service window someone call and stated service would have to be rescheduled again as the tech called in sick. Windshield has since been replaced (3rd attempt at service), it's been weeks and I've called multiple times
and talked to multiple people about not receiving the credit. I even received a copy of the invoice reflecting the discount. I still
have not received the credit and am disappointed in the customer service and lack of integrity. I do not recommend.

Very easy to schedule an appointment. They came right to my house to replace my windshield which was convenient. Technician was kind and very knowledgeable. Would go to this location again.
