If no stars were an option, I would've chosen that! After waiting over 2 1/2 hours in the freezing cold waiting room (and a bathroom with no toilet paper or paper towels) we got our truck back only to find out they broke our front seat and put our wipers on wrong! Upon calling, they have basically refused to claim responsibility! Couldn't have disappointed me more if they tried!

Went in to get a quote for my windshield to be replaced only to be told that yes, it’s busted, but doesn’t have to be fixed because it’s “only cosmetic” since it’s not within my field of vision (busted in upper right corner). The guy I spoke with was more interested in talking me out of having work done and making me feel like an idiot for asking for a quote than caring about what I asked for. Never got a quote, they never took any information, and I do not intend to go back.

Fast and courteous service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a chip in the windshield fixed and they explained everything that they were going to do, and what to do after.

Would never EVER recommend anyone to go here or get serviced from these guys. Had an appointment time for Friday from 8-12, called at 1205 when no one ever showed up and was given excuse after excuse as to why no one came. Finally, the guy showed up at 2pm and it took him over 3 hours.The staff at safelite in Schofield are rude, unprofessional, and don’t care about their customers. I wasted an entire day and had to cancel evening plans because of their screw up. Their apology was to only offer a $100 refund!!!Horrible!!!!!!

I will never do business with this company ever again. Eric and the team really need to get their stuff together. Training issue? Maybe a lack of pride and ownership in their work? I have had my 2017 Sierra over there on multiple occasions. My first couple experiences with them went well. But it all went down hill when I had to have my rear sliding window replaced. The first time they did it my cab taillight was damaged. I brought it to their attention and they fixed it, no problems there. They put my interior pieces together incorrectly and after them saying they had it together the best they could I got it together correctly at home. A seal on the back window ultimately failed and I had to have it in there again for them to replace. After they fixed it I checked my interior pieces and they failed to put it in correctly again. That was fixed on the spot. When I got home I saw they had gouged up the paint around my back window pretty good all around it. I took it in and Eric took pictures. They took responsibility for the damage. I got a quote from a local body repair shop and had it submitted to Safelite Schofield. I never heard a word on it. The repair was in June or July and they still haven’t done anything about it to this day after calling a couple months ago for an update. I am giving up and just going to clean it up and apply touch up paint and call it a day. My glass repair needs will be going elsewhere.

After the installation of my windshield, i happen to notice a retaining pin sitting in my driveway. After doing a little looking i found where it was missing from. The kowl at base of windshield. The technician installed one of the eight retaining pins on the Kowl. I have a ripple in my seal along the Kowl. They sent another technician out to fix issue, he could not. The technician, called manager and the manager said to leave car outside in the sun for 30 days. After 30 day,s issue is still there, called the manager, he said he would warranty it. Took my car to their location, manager told me to give it another 30 days. He does not want to correct the issue his technician created. None of the issues were there before they worked on it.

Observed your driver texting and driving at times dropping 15mph below speed limit all over the road..and when we got to passing lanes he realized the line behind him and raced to the next 2lane highway just to slow down and text again ..it was ridiculously scary and then come to the town of birnamwood to go ripping through there way faster than the posted 45mph speed limit..I'm not sure I would want anyone touching any vehicle of mine with that kind of lack of responsibility...

Would give zero stars if possible. I have had my car serviced at safelite over a dozen times in the past year to two years. Why so many times you ask? Once for a cracked windshield and once for a chip (which the repaired but the repair failed). The rest was for warranty work. The majority of the time they order the incorrect windshield and for some reason still put the incorrect one in. Once I had an air leak because they didn't seal it properly. They tried to slap some sealant on it and got it all over the interior Pillar of my car (which is a white fabric). Most recently they told me they could calibrate my windshield, which from my experience they can't do 2016 escalades, and they know that. However the guy scheduling my appointment argued with my that they could... I've always had to take it to a dealership, yet they assured me they had the updated technology to do it now. Well, surprise, they still don't. So they tried to calibrate the incorrect windshield and disabled my cruise control and safety features, which is a real pain in the ass when you drive 400+ round trip twice weekly for work. So my one car has had approximately 8 new windshields, most of them the wrong type, in the last year to two years. How is this acceptable? Most recently the correct windshield they sent had a manufacturers defect in it, which they didn't notice or bring up until my husband showed up to the appointment. So we rescheduled, once again, and he finally went to pick it up yesterday. The correct windshield is in... however there is black sealant smeared all over my sun visor and headliner. I brought this to the shops attention and they said "they cleaned it up the best they could". I was advised to call Eric, the manager at the Schofield shop. I've dealt with Eric in the past and refuse to ever again. He now deals with my husband. He called me when I called to complain that my cruise wasn't working. He kept repeating he thought it was because they tried to recalibrate it. I stated that they've done that before and it's never disabled my car. He continued to repeat this and finally said "Clearly I'm not going to give you the answer you're looking for". At this point I was upset and started to tell him I'm upset we've been taking the car to them so many times and something always gets messed up and why could they not just do their job. HE HUNG UP ON ME. Later he called back, as I'm bawling in my car driving home from work, to "apologize". Now, conveniently he had an explanation as to why this happened and it was no longer just "I think it happened because of the attempted recalibration". So clearly he went back in to the shop and talked to someone who actually knows what's going on so he could further explain it to me. Why would you not just do that the first time so I have an actual explanation? Overall they have shit for customer service, they really don't seem to know what they're doing as far as work, and the quality of work I'd shoddy at best. Save yourself LITERAL YEARS of hassle and just go somewhere else. I have no idea how that place is still in business... or how Eric still has a job honestly.

Worst company. They schedule appointments and don't show up. What is even worse is they call at 5pm after you sit home all day waiting. They are rude and there is no customer service. AFTER THEY CANCELLED MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS THEY TELL YOU WHEN THEY MAY SHOW UP AGAIN. Never will use this company again.
