I understand Wagner sold this business.
New people are great. I was in here this afternoon 10-2-24, very nice young man helped me out. Today is 2-27-25 all of the vacuum hoses are plugged. You might think this is a small thing, but if you wash your car I would hope you also clean the inside.
Clear your hoses.

Told attendant that the tire air pump was not calibrated correctly. Went back today and it still is putting way more air into the tire than necessary.

I went in to prepay for gas $25
and Andrew thought I said $45. I proceeded to get gas and I thought it was weird when the pump turned off at $38.11. I went back in station and asked for the difference back and was told he can't do that with gas. I will never do business with another shell gas station and will tell people what he did to me.

Worst car cash experience ever. Unless you want your car to get scratches DO NOT go here. Went through the car wash yesterday and ended up with my brand New car I only had a month now ruined.

I’ve been going to this car wash for many years since I’ve moved the Westin and I get gas 2 to 3 times a week with 2 vehicles that are Full-size trucks the last four times I’ve gone there it barely washes my truck I go inside and they’re rude as can you’re said gonna have to call corporate and I have but nothing well that’ll be the last time I go to that place everyone says Sam’s Club car wash is better that’s Where I’ll be going next.

Used the car wash yesterday. Drove in with a perfectly good windshield and drove out with a crack. The next day I was told to go in and file an accident report. As I walked in and explained why I was there I was almost automatically DISMISSED with “there’s no way the car wash could cracked my windshield” so I said “well it did” so the next step was to look at the car with the rude cashier and again was automatically dismissed with “a rock must have hit your windshield” “nothing we can do about it” As I tried to explain to her there could be something caught in the touch car wash. But NOPE. Even though I seen it crack. Not the first time my family has had to deal with a rude cashier either. Thanks for the damage and waste of my time.

I am so tired of businesses who REFUSE to enforce this mask mandate. This is not a suggestion. It is a mandate. I left Kwik Trip because they would not enforce masks with their customers and went to Wagner Shell and one of the EMPLOYEES waiting on customers had no mask on , REALLY??!! I will NOT be back Wagner Shell - EVER!
