I went to a competitor of theirs for an initial quote. The place I went initially advertises on TV like crazy. I took a chance on Showcase Carpets for a 2nd quote and was blown away with their service and care. Truly a family owned local business and happy to do business with them. Plus, the quote I got from Showcase carpets was a 1/3 less. Thanks Guys!

I will never step foot into Showcase Carpets again. Last Autumn we had a gas fireplace installed. We wanted two rolls of tile laid on the floor in front of the and along the side of the fireplace. Back in March we ordered everything from Showcase Carpets. A friend of ours was going to lay the tile for us. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances it turned out he couldn't do the project for us. We went back to Showcase Carpets since we ordered everything form them and ask if they were willing to finish the project for us. They said they would take care of it for us, but, that was farthest from the truth. Since, we originally had someone we knew doing the project for us Mike at Showcase wasn't interested in our business at all. I didn't expect to be first on their list. We were first told they could get to us at the end of June. The end of June became the end of August. The end of August became October. In the meantime, they never called me. I kept calling to see when we were up on their list to get this done. Every time I called Mike acted as if it was the first time he had heard from me. It became obvious, Showcase never had any intention of doing this project for us. I told them on the phone, if they weren't interested the least they could have done was to be honest from the beginning. We hade the receipts to everything and they refused to give us a refund because Mike said I was rude to him on the phone. Never mind the fact that they were stringing me along for months and as I pointed out never had any intention of doing the project for us. They obviously don't care how they treat customers. So much for staying local.

I cannot say enough good things about Showcase Carpets. We were replacing the carpetIn our home this spring when I remembered Showcase was in our neighborhood. I stopped by oneafternoon and Debby Currin helped me pick out carpet in a color and style that I liked andlet me know it would be a couple of weeks before it could be installed. On the scheduled day thecrew called in the morning to say they were on the way. They arrived exactly at the scheduledtime and quickly got to work. We had 3 bedrooms with closets, dining room and a hallway done sowith 4 workers it was done in about 4 hours. After the carpet was down they put our furniture back inexactly the same place as before, made the beds, vacuumed, swept the entry AND the frontporch. It was impossible to tell any work had been done. I have never had such a pleasantexperience having workers in my house because it’s usually such a nightmare to clean upafterwards. I would absolutely recommend Showcase Carpets to anyone.

I called and spoke to Mike, nice guy! I looked forward to getting carpet ordered. I made a special trip to order carpet. Mike wasn't going to be there, but trusted his son would be as kind as his father. That apple rolled miles from that tree. After little to no help, I walked out he wasn't interested in a sale! I am giving Mike 3 stars as I think I would have bought carpet from him. I would not go back unless Mike would be available.

I am a local contractor in the area. Mike helped me find some higher end tile for my bathroom and carpet for my home. I felt they carried products that were higher quality compared to other stores. They provided me with plenty of samples which helped me narrow it down to the perfect design. I have worked with these guys numerous times and have recommended them to plenty of others. Great service and their installs are professional grade !
