Got stranded at Walmart yesterday and called autozone to see if they had a starter in stock and Chris actually picked me up from Walmart and took me to autozone to get the part and then dropped me back off. That was awesome, you can't get better service than that lol.
I've had issues with O'Reillys auto parts but autozone has been pretty good so I prefer to always go through autozone whenever I need new vehicle parts. Thanks Chris!

I came in early, Matt the store manager greeted me right away. Matt was very through he came out to my vehicle, mind you WI. cold to help with my check engine light. He printed off the paper diagnostics and even gave me two recommendations for who I could take my vehicle to, AND wrote it down with the phone numbers. VERY EFFICENT AND PATIENT! I WILL BE RECCOMENDING AUTOZONE TO MY LADIES AT WORK! THANK YOU MATT, and Shawano Autozone!

Outrageous prices and barely any selection of oil. I found my type and noticed it was 13$ for a single quart. AT AN AUTO SHOP? Went to Walmart next door and got 5 quarts for 27$ of mobil. You people are crazy. Will never shop there again. They overcharge for parts also. Looks like auto zone won’t be around much longer there was no one else in there, for a reason

I went in and asked for a specific part number. The person opened the box and showed me the components inside. I realize I should've looked at the box to verify the part number I asked for because once I got home and tried to install the part, it was similar but not correct. I brought it back and told them I understand mistakes happen. They refunded my card which took extra long because it was a weekend. If I wanted the correct part I would have had to pay for that one as well as had the money missing from my account from the first. I only wanted 1 item and I was having to pay for 2 with no idea of how long it would take for my refund.

I recently visited in an emergency situation (bad battery). Despite arriving within a half hour of closing on a Friday night, I received excellent service. Lee explained the best equipment for my vehicle and replaced my battery within 20 minutes, all while being extremely patient and friendly. I would highly recommend this location as the staff were knowledgeable, the service was efficient, and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you!
