Had a new screen put on my phone, which was done by young guy in the back room and after one week it started peeling off and that was about a little over a month ago and now a lot of it given away. Better off buying the screens for my phone from Walmart putting them on myself.

I was very impressed with the young lady that waited on me in Shawano Cellcom! She was so very helpful and explained plainly every question I had, and replaced equipment quickly. She made me realize why I continue to stay with Cellcom. Having well trained & efficient people makes for good service. I appreciate that, and I thank her again for her attitude & intelligence.

My phone sounded a little "crackly", so Rusty got it cleaned, right away. I had never tried ear buds before, so he showed me an affordable pair. Very attentive service--I'm considering going back for a phone upgrade!
