The lady at the window - made zero eye contact with me and 3 other vehicles drove in and out through the tube drive through. I waited 10 minutes and had to push the call button for her to even notice me and I was right in front of her. The is the 2nd time at this one with terrible service. I will now be using the other one.

While I bank at Covantage and will continue it would really be accommodating if the inside office was actually open. For the only reason that this drive up is the smallest one I have ever had to use. I have a full size truck and all the returns are all scratched from I am guessing others hitting them. I understand there maybe isn't the staff but then save the money to remake the drive up truck user friendly. Its like having a bank in a great location I can't use.

It’s not common knowledge for everyone to know that you have to push a button when you pull up. I was sitting in line for minutes while other people were going through the lanes and pulling up behind me, finialy someone came on the mic and asked if I needed help and I said yes then with an attitude she replied well you didn’t send up the tube. I was like I just had a question and she snaps back again that I need to push the button if I want help. Well maybe you guys should have a sticker saying push the button if you need assistance because how would I have known that I’m supposed to contact them after I pull up at their window, obviously I need help if I pulled up.

Used them for years. They always save me a buck here and there. And when they cannot I find it elsewhere. But they recently gave me a mortgage refinance with some debt put on top and still lowered my monthly payments so thank you! Also they cut the APR by 7%!!! It’s only set for ten years but the solution would be to refinance again after ten years because I don’t know where the interest could go. But thanks! Great job! The loan process wasn’t bad. Your employees had a couple issues but because there is so many different options. Just read the fine print to make sure your getting what they say they’re offering!
