“The ladies are always so cheerful. Contrary to all the work I'm seeing each time I go there. If I didn't know better, I swear they challenge themselves to see who can be the most productive and cheerful simultaneously. The store is packed with a variety of seasonal & new items. The opportunity to buy post seasonal items is there for the discount prices as well. Helpful with my cart return too. ❤️☺️”
“We went in for candle's and got to talking with the cashier "Michelle" she was super friendly and when she found out we were going back to a funeral she offered her condolences and even sent us back with a case of water that she bought with her own money. I will forever remember her kindness especially at that moment.”
“Have been in many Dollar Generals over the years. Unlike probably 70% of the locations I visited, this store is very organized. There's no stock haphazardly piled in aisles or rolling stock carts that are hard to get around with a cart. There's no displays of things like DVDs/Music shoved into a corner as an afterthought. This is one of the best DGs out there at this time. Wide array of products ! Good influx of new items for the home which makes it worthwhile to stop in / fun to look around. My customer contact has been primarily with Kelsey. She has been fantastic: verifying product availability during COVID, making arrangements for an item I forgot behind, just a great worker with a positive can do attitude!”
“It's sure a lot better than the Dollar Tree I been to in East Green Bay where the cashier stunk he had long fingernails and dreadlocks all kinds of piercings on his face and really weird. I often see Dollar Tree looking for employees and know of people who applied with great experience with the job description wether it's a cashier, stocker, management etc and never get a interview or follow up to their application.
I wonder how the thing in Green Bay ever got hired ❓
I happy the store in Shawano is halfway descent.
Keep up the good work.”
