Don't deal with Josh brokiewicz.He doesn't return calls or emails. Listed the home as septic and well when it was actually city water and sewer which severely complicated the deal. He failed to list property that was being removed by the sellers. We were buyers and any questions went unanswered. Almost all phone calls were ignored. Even paperwork wasn't filed until hours before a deadline. I understand in these busy times being stretched thin but completely ignoring calls from buyers and sellers while at the closing table is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

My wife and I worked with Neil Ashenbrenner to find the perfect home in Tigerton, Wisconsin! Fantastic realtor to work with! He was attentive to detail, made sure we were aware of issues that he noticed with the properties, showed us multiple homes during our 1.5 year search, and helped us get into our home. Even on the day of closing, he worked hard with other parties to find a solution to ann unexpected issue while providing great feedback the entire time. Highly recommend using Neil as your go to Realtor in the Shawano County area!

Had the fortunate opportunity to work on the other side of a transaction with Jacob. I highly recommend Jacob if you are interested in looking for the top level of customer service in the industry. If you are currently working with an agent at the moment it doesn't hurt to check into other options as Jacob truly does fight for his customers

Just concluded the successful sale of my home by Exit Realty professional Terri Peterson. Terri and the entire Exit Realty team in Shawano were extremely knowledgeable about the home selling process and the local market. Terri worked very hard to sell my house and represent my best interests throughout the process. Her lifetime of experience in the Shawano area was a huge asset in the successful marketing and sale of my house.

I had the pleasure of meeting with the agents in this EXIT Realty office today. This is such a great atmosphere with positive team players and area experts. They are all active members of the community and know this market inside and out. If you are looking to move into this area, I would recommend using any one of these agents! What a great team!

This review doesn't even deserve a one star. They made an appointment on Monday for showing our home on Friday from 11:30 to 12:30. We go above and beyond to make sure our home looks and feels welcoming. All the lights were on in the house as instructed by our realtor and we leave our home so the possible buyers can view without owner interruptions. All this said we arrive back home and all the lights were left on. That's odd. So we looked to see if the realtor left their card....nope. Come to find out after contacting our realtor he did some research and they were a no show. What? Really ....no call to cancel? This is rude. This company will never be allowed to show our home again without a representative from our realtor.
