I liked that I was able to order a fill on line and it was delivered within the week, but not happy that price is $.60 more per gallon than another local companies. We've been with Ferrell for over 15 years

Found out I was paying €.70 per gal too much. Have waited over 5 yrs. to have my tank tank painted. Delivery people have been great. Am changing carriers.

The Ferrellgas employees in Shawano are very easy to work with. They take the time to understand your issues and work to correct them.When I have questions I take them to the office in Shawano, as they have been able to answer the questions and immediately help each time.
