I wouldn't come here if I didn't have to This is a three gas station town and the other two gas stations are ran by a cult.
These people are overpaid and They don't know how to do their job and they'll sell you the wrong items and won't exchange after they screw up. The food is overpriced and all the staff looks like just got of bed. NOBODY CARES

Why offer order ahead if all your employees are going to act like they have no idea what that is when I go to pick up my order? I order food ahead sometimes to make sure they have it ready for my family instead of driving all the way there and all the chicken is gone.

Terrible customer serviceSalad bar is constantly full of bad vegetables and half of the time there’s nothing in there at all, when I spoke to an employee about it, they rolled their eyes at me and ignored meNever have this problem at Bonduel Leitrim. Everyone there is extremely friendly and willing to help you. If something is not stocked and you ask, they will quickly stock it, and bring you whatever you asked for which I thought was the kwik trip way but apparently Shawano hasn’t been trained in customer hospitality because I have never been treated so poorly at a gas stationAnytime after 9 PM, there’s no hot food aside from maybe two sandwiches and a pizzaOne of the only gas stations in this town that is open 24 hours a day and consistently fails at good customer service, and Management is rude to customersThis morning I witnessed an employee arguing With a customer who was genuinely confused, but instead of explaining it in a different way, so the customer understood she just continued to argue with this customer Until another employee stepped in, and explained it in a different way so the customer could understandTerrible terrible.
