In the second to last stall from the office, there was a pile of sticks that looked like a nest lying near the drain. On the opposite side of the panel, the foam brush was leaning up against the wall with a large puddle of foamed soap on the floor. Two of the panel lables are completely scratched off, so you can't tell what operation you're on. I ended up just rinsing off my car. The place seems to have gone downhill in the last several years.
