I don’t usually have a salon cut my hair, but it needed a cut and Isabel was the girl for the job. She did an amazing job, in a timely manner, and I had a great experience at her salon!

This place was great! She knew exactly what I wanted and the highlights turned out great. They were better than any place I’ve gone before. The owner was super nice and was actually my stylist, Izzy. All the staff were super friendly when I walked in and we chatted through the whole process. The prices were reasonable for the services done. The salon was super clean as well. I will definitely keep coming here. I would give this more stars if I could.

These people do not know how to cut hair. I’ve gone here multiple times since childhood, mainly because my dad goes to the coffee shop next door, and not once have they given me what I have asked for. They are ONLY capable of one style of cut (at least for men), and anything else is simply too much to ask. It’s baffling that I can go in with a picture, explaining exactly what I want, and end up with something completely different each time. How are you THAT BAD at cutting hair? Isn’t it your job????

I made an appointment for a haircut and waited 2 weeks to see a stylist. Walked in on the hour and was back in my car within 17 minutes. The appointment included a wash, haircut, and blow dry. What a chopped up mess my hair is. The stylist never introduced yourself or greeted me and acted like she was doing me a favor.

Had a balayage done years ago. Wasn’t happy with first service, as it only went over outgrowth, went back a 2nd time, gave more $$, and the woman jacked it up. Was so patchy I had to wear a ponytail to hide it.Requested to speak with owner which wasn’t available. Had to reach out directly and she said offered me to come in to see what she could do and stated I could get some money back since I paid over $200 at this point. She fixed it but never gave any money back after the damage of being bleached 3x within a week and a half. Gave me a maybe $20 product that didn’t help and hair has not been the same since. Will not return again due to all the trouble I had to go through! Have not been back since due to this, would give 0 rating if I could!Service: Balayage
