Had my Jeep for a day and a half. Misdiagnosed everything I asked them to look at. Didn't fix anything, wrong about everything, and still charged me $160 for 100% wrong advice. Said they couldn't find a code with the scan tool, hmm.....my cheap scanner found the code. A Jeep is a Jeep weather or not it's built above stock. If you're techs aren't skilled enough to do more than what a computer says, just be upfront about it.

I bought my daughter a vehicle and had this company. Check it out to make sure it was safe for her came back. What's a ridiculous quote? So I paid the service fee for them. Looking at it of a $100, I took the vehicle home and sold it. I bought my daughter another vehicle. A week later. The same exact type and brought it back to them and asked them to do the same thing. And go through the vehicle this vehicle, they tore part. The top end set me pictures and give me another ridiculous quote. I said just put it back together. And I will pay the $100 service fee. He then told me it was going to cost me over $250. I said I never authorized that you've never called me. I was upset and he said he was just going to charge me what he charged me on the last vehicle. Then today when I called to pay the amount was a $170. I said that's not the same amount that you quoted. And he said his manager said oh well. It's better than 250 I told him I never authorized you guys to take the motor apart. You should have called me if it was going to cost me more. I made that clear when I dropped the vehicle off. They said oh well, they are not changing the price very disappointed with this company. Will never use them again on top of that. Told me well. It's only $70 more. I said I have 7 kids, so every dying counts for me. And he said, well I don't have that many kids so I don't know what it's like but I'm not changing my price for you. I said I'm not asking you to change your price. I'm asking you to honor what you've already told me it was going to cost. And he would not warning. Do not use this company. There's another Dodge dealership down the road on the highway. Much better much much cheaper, much more honest.
