Would give a negative review if allowed. Called ahead to schedule a mani-pedi for my mother and I but when we arrived, they were clearly unprepared to accommodate our request. They ignored us, the massage chairs did not work, everything looked and smelled dirty, so we walked out.

I went to go get my nails done 4 days ago and 2 nails fell off already and I went with friends and family and all there nails are off too

Poor service and were rude.. scheduled an appt a day ahead of time and didn't start u til 40 min after scheduled time.. very unprofessional

I went in there yesterday to get mine and my brothers nails done we went in for 2 acrylic sets and what we got was nail tips with gel, nail polish over top of the tips and I paid a $100 for absolutely nun I go to cosmetology school and we just got out of our nail course witch included doing acrylic nails I think putting tips on your customer and then painting gel nail polish on top of The nail tips Instead of doing what the person asked and was paying for but didn’t get what was asked for but Still had to pay the price of what they were supposed to get is unprofessional and a rip off I should not have had to pay $50 for nail tips with gel nail polish over top

terrible service, always bouncing around person to person, called for a appointment at 1:30 didn’t get started til after 2 but the lady who walked in behind me with no appointment got serviced first as i sat here. happens everytime me or my friends come here don’t recommend at all

Horrible customer service. I took my little girl in for a mani/pedi. Thought it would be a fun time for her. They acted like it was an inconvenience to do her nails. She picked out a color. They didn’t even look at it. They started picking a color, not the one she wanted. I had to stop and tell them to let her pick her color. Again they seemed annoyed. They wouldn’t giver her a normal pedicure with water. They actually moved her to a chair and just painted her nails. I could have done that at home. She was very patient and polite even with the nail technicians treating her like she was an inconvenience to them. We won’t be going back.

Been going here for probably 10 years. Always fast and great quality. Love to support their family! I’ve gone to places in Green Bay/Appleton and still always find my way back here! :)

Terrible service and disrespectful workers. Filed my skin and made me bleed then kept filing and didn't apologize and the nail was crooked and when I told the man it was crooked he had given me a dirty look and completely ignored me. Very unwelcoming and negative atmosphere and workers. Also very unsanitary, when he made me bleed he put super glue over it and some of my blood got on the super glue. Highly do not recommend!!

I had an appointment and they let walk in go before me. I decided to only have them remove my nails, they were very rough. I will not return. :(

Very aggressive on doing manicure. I got gell done, which chipped within 24 hours. Place could use a good cleaning.

Always know better than to come here but not many options in the area??♀️ horribly rude ppl! Left one girl under the drier for 45 mins while she visited the other tech. I was told to move away from my child so that the only other person in the salon could sit right where I was (yes there were other seats open) also let others sit by their friends but told me I can’t sit with my daughter! Very bad service.
