I was just in there mailing a package to my new friend. Karen was so awesome. I don't understand why this post office only has three stars. I give it five stars because of her customer service and kindness. I would definitely come back to this post office just because of her great energy. Thank you again for helping me Karen! I also made a review on the postal website about her amazing attitude.

Horrible customer service, beyond rude and just blatantly does not enjoy their jobs or lives clearly by the way they handle themselves and their business. If it wasn’t an infastructure to this country they would be out of buisness but they get a free pass like the government to do whatever they feel is right.

Starting on a positive note: Our local mail delivery person is wonderful. Thank you for being wonderful, whoever you are.The one star is for the actual office location. You can go in there being 100% pleasant and respectful for the duration of your visit and this particular person behind the counter is always rude, condescending, and belittling. It's completely unprovoked at 9:05 on a Friday morning. The likelihood that someone else was just in earlier being a barnstorming jackdaw is pretty slim, so whoever works the desk must have a serious axe to grind for their common man. There's no need to go postal...It's worth your effort to avoid this place at all costs.

I now understand why post offices are becoming obsolete. We pay postal employees with our taxes for them to be rude, snobby, and incompetent. That's why other parcel services thrive, and the post office languishes. That's our tax dollars at work. My recommendation? You should probably see what brown (or anyone else for that matter) can do for you.

I leave for work. And 6:30 AM and I don't get back to town until five. It is extremely frustrating that there is no oversize package drop off in the lobby nor is there a place to purchase stamps in the lobby which would be convenient and conducive for the times that we are living during Covid. I called the 800 number first and there was an hour hold time with no option for customer service. I finally found a local number and I was able to reach somebody at the post office at 4:45. No signage will tell you this but If you use click and ship or online labels, print your own labels and have your package ready then you can knock on the brown door and they will open and take your packages. Lastly if you want to purchase stamps after the post office is closed Charlie's county market has stamps for sale at the service desk.

This place is pretty fast in helping. Diane is awesome and very friendly. Love that they have good hours and are quick to help you with anything. This location is great for a small city. If you need anything, I recommend this location.

Stopped here to see if I could get some help with a mail hold at home. It seems the prior history with my app did not satisfy the new protocols for identity verification. Any way while they were helpful I don't have confidence that the requested hold would be placed on my mail at home. Will wait and see if there was real action or if I got lip service.

My rural mail carrier has been great. With delivery and pick up of packages increased during this period (I am shopping more on line while avoiding crowded stores) he Often has to bring packages to my door on a busy rural county road. It isn’t easy getting in and out of my driveway with the traffic here. I appreciate the reliability I have with my carrier.
