My phone completely stopped working the other day and Kiana was so much help. Even though i was there for awhile she never seemed frustrated or annoyed. She’s very good at her job and is so easy and fun to talk to! Thank you for my new phone, i love it :?

Tony C. is an extremely patient, kind and amazing person.
Our situation was by no means easy. We have had Verizon for 15 plus years. We now have family members in both Colorado and Wisconsin that are on the same plan. When I went to the Greeley, Colorado location for help, the service rep there was not helpful and pretty much told me that we couldn't get any new deals, etc. Since my parents, who live in the Shawano, Wi area, are also on my line, they decided to go into the Verizon store in Shawano to visit with a rep.
Tony C. was helpful and amazing. He was able to help us get a better deal on our lines, was able to offer my dad his military discount (when I was told no discounts could be given in CO). Since we decided to take Tony up on the new deal he was offering, it was not an easy task. We had lines in Colorado, Milwaukee and Shawano. Five total. He spent HOURS on the phone with me in Colorado, with my parents and another family member in the store, and another family member in the Milwaukee area.
We were ready to leave Verizon and move to another company. Tony's kindness, compassion and patience was what made us stay. He definitely needs a raise/bonus for the help he gave us.

Tony was patient with our questions when we would randomly stop in. Bought 2 new phones last Friday (great Black Friday deals). Tony explained the different phones and what they had/would do for us, and the various deals on each! Personable treatment at this Shawano store beats any Appleton or Green Bay locations we've been/purchased at. Will be back!

Antoine C. was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was informative, patient and knowledgeable. We experienced a couple of issues in the process of upgrading so it took a bit of time. Never did he become frustrated. When other customers would walk him in, h would greet them and explain that it would be a bit while also helping others that had quick phone issues. We are new to this community and they’ve got our business because of his friendliness.
