He had a very difficult situation with a customer, who had difficulty talking. The poise and grace that he showed deserves recognition! He was phenomenal, took his time making sure the lady got what she was looking for, and he never lost his cool.
Very nice to see someone take that much pride in his job!

Waiting days for prescription. Was told medicine was ordered. Checked back thr next day. Wasn't ordered. Closed on.weekends. so still.waiting.

Pharmacy is so poorly run. Several people working and nobody seems to know how to multi task. Pharmacy staff needs to go view an efficient drive thru like the one in Antigo

Need to stop letting the manager terrorize and demean the employees until they quit. Maybe then y’all would not be struggling to keep the store and pharmacy staffed.

The store has great items and sales. However, my low one-star rating is for the store manager Stefanie and the way she treats her associates with so much disrespect. My fiance works under her and gets harassed and made fun of by her almost every day. Instead of laughing at her disabilities, she should be teaching her the right abilities to correctly function at the job. They also allow another employee to come into the job drunk. This place has the worst management I have ever heard of and it's because of it that my fiance has lots of stress and anxiety which interferes with my ideal peaceful home life. If I could leave a zero star rating, I would.

Their hours are not great and the people that are in the pharmacy are not very kind at all. Your a drive thru person. And most of the time they never have ur scripts ready. I'm actually switching to a pharmacy that has some compassion
