I was greeted immediately upon arriving at the AT&T store.The associates were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Jeanette was the only associate working. She greeted us as soon as we arrived and let us know that she would be with us shortly. She was very knowledgeable and helped us with everything we needed. All while also helping others as time allowed. Truly top notch!!

The workers at this store are incompetent. They aren't helpful and sent me to an automated service instead of helping me. Had to run to the store 2 times wasting my time, money and sanity when they should have fixed the problem in the first place. Ill never use att because of their poor customer service and training.

i normally do not do these reviews, but i have had an experience with these folks at sheboygan ATT that need attention. I came in with a damaged i phone X..... non repairable ,,, the gal who helped me was VERY helpful ( cannot remember her name ) she offered some ideas, and i left with a i phone 15 pro. She aided in setting it up and all... ALL my contacts and pix. What a gal, i feel she went all the way and then some. Thank You so much.bill g

Bought a $60 screen protector for the s23 ultra it fit the phone nicely and had 0 bubbles in it.2 weeks later the screen protector has shifted on my screen so far that the edges are peeling off and part of the screen is being blocked.Att would not do anything to help.

This has got to be the WORST customer service I've ever experienced!!! EVER! My husband & I signed up for new service 2 weeks ago. We found that we couldn't get service at our cabin in the Northwoods after signing up. We tried multiple things to try to get a signal. My husband even went to the store after week one to see if they could help. The Esim was reset and the speed seemed to be better for him, but still no service at cabin. We were signed up as a business account so we have 30 days to cancel service. We went into the store and was told they can't cancel service or return phones because they are a retailer and not a corporate location and to call 1-800 number. We did this and they sent us back to the store saying they checked to see if they were able to do this and they were. Went back to store, waited 45 minutes, again, and the girl said they can't do it and called her manager who she put on speaker phone to tell us they don't do this & we need to go to a corporate location which is 60 miles away or call the number and work with them. OMG. We said were not leaving until it is resolved, we don't want the service if it doesn't work for us. We ended up having a family emergency and didn't even know about it for a day because we had no service. She was very unhelpful, in fact rude. We called the 1-800 while in the store and the person we talked to said since the store was unwilling to help us at all they would try. We were on the phone for over an hour while the girl manning the store ignored us completely, left the music super loud so we had trouble communicating on the phone, no help what so ever. My husband even tried to turn the music down a little so the rep on the other end could understand him and when he did this she said "Ooooo, how rude!". It took everything is us to remain calm.They sold us the phones and the service and completely wash their hands of anything else after that! I understand their policy on not being able to cancel service since they are a retailer, but I don't understand their unwillingness to assist or help communicate and be a liaison with their corporate company. We still do not have service cancelled due to this crazy system of duping and scamming their customers. After all this we are so disgusted with AT&T, especially this store, we will be sure to tell EVERYONE!

Jeanette in the Sheboygan store was by herself and she had five customers I was the fifth one and then within the 15 minutes she did an awesome job cto be the only person on the floor by herself?

I am an elderly lady, and I was very pleased with Jeanette and Aers help at AT&T in Kohler/Sheboygan .They were very pleasant and they were able to explain things to me so that I could understand how to use my phone. They’re wonderful employees. I would come back to them for help anytime Very patient and personable!

Customer service was terrible. My wife and I walked in and was not even greeted. We are for half an hour just to get help. That store needs to change how the treat customers.

Joey was very helpful when a tech savvy less person like me was trying to set up a new phone and account!! Also, very patient. He was very attentive to other customers while helping me. Kudos to your team for having a person like him to assist the quality customer service that your company offers!!!
