Stopped by the service center to pickup my drill from getting sharpened and decided to get a couple small issues looked at on my Pro4 auger. Not only were they fixed but he did it right there on the spot. Really nice guy and got my auger back in top shape. Even picked up a spare drill for the same price as a new set of blades. Highly recommend it, I'll be back but probably not anytime soon since this is the first time in 4 years my auger needed any service. THANKS GUYS!!!

Bought a E6 Lightning intending to use on back country snowmobile trips and to re-drill holes in the fish house. My experience with Jiffy has been good over the past 50 yrs until now. The new auger would not work after a full charge on a 30 degree day and on 3 inches of ice. It would run for a few seconds then stop, run and stop then not start without removing and replacing the battery. The next day after another full charge, same result. I talked to customer service at Feldman and was shocked at how rude and unhelpful the person was. His answer was I need to keep the battery warm? Really an ice auger that needs to stay warm...WOW. I wanted to talk to his supervisor or owner he refused to give his/her name or number and hung up on me. I tracked down the president and left a voice mail with no response. I will never buy another Jiffy product and will be sure to let everyone I know what happened. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Without question the worst possible auger you could buy. You'd be hard pressed to find a company with worse customer service as well. These folks knowingly make substandard product, that fails over and over again and they flat out don't care. What happened to pride in workmanship or quality American craftsmanship.

Me and a buddy went to check this place out cuz he's thinking about a new ice auger for fishing. Jiffy ice augers are manufactured here and they sell demo models at a greatly reduced price. Tiny little customer service area within the plant, but they were extremely helpful.

Have a pro 4 ice auger I bought in spring of 2015. Has prob 10-15 minutes run time on it and there's no compression already, all jiffy could say is sorry. The gentleman I spoke to said possibly a valve adjustment. If a valve adjustment is needed already there's other issues. Had to return a lite 4 I bought 3 years ago because of a cracked cylinder. This is insane, so much for buying a good quality auger these days.
