Chris did his job but was unkind and made a few comments that weren't helpful or reflective of good and caring customer service. He seemed reluctant to help. I suggest he get some new training.

I needed to return a trade in device and when I called us cellular they told me I need it to bring it to this store since I moved from where originally got the new phone and it was far away, I always have my passport as a form of I.D. and they wouldn't take it because it was from Mexico and never had an issue before with any store taking my passport she said they don't take "mexican passport by policy " when it's not true I called us cellular for a complaint and they said that she should accept it. for me zoua or what ever her name was she was racially profile me same with Chris he had a really bad attitude when I show him my passport.I just took my phone and passport and left people like that shouldn't be giving customer service.

Was told my questions are not important and she didn't have time to answer them. Paying customer looking to add a 3rd line but that's not important. Horrible customer service. Called north side all my questions answered less then five minutes

I was told at the store on business drive that my phone was junk and I needed a new one. I just wanted to make sure that my sim card wasn't bad. After hearing it was junk I left and went to this store at Deer Trace and talked to Nic. He took about two hours doing various things to assist me that simply didn't make my phone work. I had forgotten that I had insurance and he told me about it and helped me through the process of getting a new phone. Nic had absolutely nothing to gain by helping me other than simply doing his job. I have been in sales for over 20 years and I have always made it a priority to provide the absolute best service I can to my customers. Nic did exactly as I would have and it was very refreshing to be taken care of as a customer that matters instead of shoving me out the door telling me I just needed a new phone. I highly recommend Nic..he is knowledgeable and helpful, something you don't see every day. Well done!

I was induced to buy a home router/wifi system. I was told that if I did not like it I could return it within 15 days. I set the unit up at home. I placed the US Cellular digital Date WiFi device up, 5 feet (direct line of sight and unobscured) from my WIFI TV. The TV showed that the router had "very weak WiFi signal" (I tether from my phone to the TV 10 feet apart with no problems). The "Wifi" speed and the connection were subpar. I returned the device within 5 days. They asked where were the special sheet of setup instruction. I was not given one. They wanted me to go home and reset up the unit on 4G and see if it was any better. I told them it was not the Cellular Data Problem it was the device limited transmitting range. They told me they were going to charge me a $35 cancellation fee unless I took it home and tried the 4G connection. The store is 20 miles away, each direction. I had already wasted two one hour trips, I was not going to waste another hour on this matter. I insisted that I was never told about the cancellation fee, I was told if it did not work "just bring it back". The store manager said you should have read the fine print on the tablet when you signed up. So, this store, obviously knows they have a Digital Data Reception problem in their area with the wifi device and system. Proof being they have special instructions they photocopy for users. The clerk warned me that I might have reception problems, that why she induced me to buy with the 15 day return policy. I asked if I would owe anything if I cancelled. I was told there would be no charge. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - As a long time customer, I am unhappy and will look to change cellular vendors.

Purchased a new phone a few weeks ago and was having problems sending text messages. Went in today and the gentleman helping me explained that the wrong SIM card was put in my phone when it got activated. He then got me the correct sim card installed but he kept slamming my phone on the counter without the case on.

We came to this location for our son. He was going from a flip to a smart phone. Worked with Chris. He is not a guy I would ever go back to. Did not talk the whole time we were there. When I asked some questions, he seemed annoyed. We left and were not totally trained with this new phone. I had to help our son as best as I could. Will never go there again. Get rid of Chris. Love Dave at Vanguard location. He was the one that found a phone for us at Deer Trace that Vanguard did not have on hand. Dave was professional and friendly. Not Chris.

Because of the stupidity of the girl in your Kohler Wisconsin store I will be going with sprint!! Maybe us cellular can get it together and give customers what they pay for instead of dropping our service for no reason!! My sons phone hasn't worked for making calls for 3 weeks!! This is nothing new!!

Went here to get my data transferred and they said they couldn’t do it but then we told them the other store we went to like a week before said they could so while it was updating the worker just sat on her phone and looked really annoyed when we asked her questions
