Loved the customer service I received from Marcus at the Sheboygan location and Danny from the Browndeer location. Both were courteous and understanding. My delivery was prompt, and time was taken out to show me how to assemble my furniture.

Back in April I purchased a dresser and mirror from America's Freight. Unfortunately I had to go back three times because of the mirror. The first time I wasn't given the part to attach the mirror to the dresser, the second time I was given the wrong part. Due to my work hours I wasn't able to get back until yesterday. The salesman Brent was very helpful yesterday and told me to come back with a picture so I can make sure Im getting the right part for the mirror. Today I was told my someone else that they no longer sell that brand and I should go to a hardware store and purchase the part. I don't feel it's fair because it wasn't my fault. Now I just have a mirror sitting behind a dresser.

With only me and a couple that was in the store. I waited for 10 to 15min and no customer service. I believe there was two person working too. I was planning to buy a mattress, but who know how long I would've waited before getting any service. So i left.They do have some cheap stuff in there so that a plus.

Just purchased a couch loveseat kitchen table and chairs, and a new bed. Marcus and his delivery crew did a wonderful job from the sale to the delivery. They all went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure i was completely satisfied with my furniture.

Guy working with the long hair was adorable! He was so sweet and funny. I think he laughed at us cause of how excited we were over the "melted ice cream and spilled coffee" on the couches. Lmao. My friend ended up buying her coffee table and end table set from there. Great prices and great pieces!!

Great customer service!!! Markus and his delivery crew was amazing! Prices were phenomenal. All size bed sheets on sale $5 each… I got king size bed frame on sale $50 dressers to go with each $40-50 I also got a black leather ottoman on sale $30 … and a rug on sale $40. Made purchase today, got the delivery today! ! They also were able to assemble! I’d highly recommend this place if your in need of fast service And reasonable prices !

Salesman marcus was very knowleligible help us out greatly highly recommended, Darien and josh the delivery guy's very professional i'm very courteous, Highly recommend both they get an outstanding job, getting rid of the old washer and setting up the new. A highly recommended american freight the furniture and appliances are reasonably priced.

I just bought a loveseat, recliner, & TV stand from American Freight and I’m very pleased with the process & the purchase. Salesman Marcus was open, honest, personable, & informative about the furniture & the community (I just moved here). I visited several other furniture stores & returned to America Freight because I liked their furniture & prices best. The delivery crew of Brent & Darian did a great job of setting up & positioning the furniture for me, with a friendly attitude & more info about the community. I highly recommend this company.

Came here on a whim and am so glad I did! I ended getting a dresser and mirrors for a great price. Plus both gentlemen working were really nice and they helped put the items in my car. I def recommend this store!

We got the couch of our dreams with the help of Marcus coordinating multiple pieces from different locations. And the delivery team, Brent and Josh, were the most considerate delivery team ever! They were beyond cautious to safely move in my furniture pieces and also not damage a hair on my home. I'm beyond impressed at the entire team's level of care and customer service!
