My new customers bank is closer to me so I cashed his check here at his bank ..no problems NO extra charge just for not having an account with them...the man was very nice.

Going to be cancelling my account as soon as my finances are settled. Wasted time setting up appointment for notary only to be told my wife would need an account too. Was willing to joint her to my account or her create one but no scheduling (should have told us on the phone day prior)??? You want me to reschedule, even though me wife and kid are already there, to make a new account THEN you’ll notarize us? Fat chance. Why would Anyone waste time here? Crummy way to treat 2 veterans finally returning home.Edit: went to UPS of all places, friendly people, worth the 5$ not to be frustrated.

We have banked here for over 20 years, just wish they would do away with all their extra charges and I miss their check-savings accounts they use to have

Staff is friendly and makes solid effort to remember their customers' names. Definitely faster service on lobby then in drive thru.Overall good bank, but could be better by improving drive thru time with additional tellers and be more loan friendly to existing customers.

Staff is always friendly and responsive. The drive-thru can be a bit slow at times, but with mobile apps and on-line banking the need for drive-thru is rare.

Mediocre and frustrating service ever since they merged with Bank Mutual. Very disappointing – definitely going to be looking into moving my accounts to a different institution.
