Took more time than an emergency room visit. Got test results on my live well app at least 20 minutes before being informed of test results by medical staff.

Unfortunately, urgent care is one of those services that you don't get time to shop around for when you need it.I was driven here when I momentarily lost consciousness at work, since it didn't seem to justify the thousands an ER visit would cost. I got an EKG which found nothing, probably just a transient arrhythmia (I sometimes get those) which has cleared by the time I got there. So no diagnosis, no prescription. $700 billed to my insurance as regular services ( not covered out of state) rather than urgent care (which is). Insurance denied the claim. (For comparison, a recent regular visit to a cardiologist with an EKG was recently billed at half that). This started a six month saga where I was having to keep calling my insurance and Aurora to keep the review going and get the proper documentation sent. Aurora doesn't care, the first thing they collect when you arrive is not your condition or vitals, but a guarantee of payment. My insurance thinks this process is ongoing, Aurora has now sicked a collection agency on me.

I waited over an hour in the exam room before getting up and walking out. Even though I scheduled my appointment online earlier that day. Then they still charged me for the visit. I recommend you go anywhere else your insurance is accepted. You have many more options than just Aurora if you call your insurance company they can direct you where to go. Don’t go here if you value your time and money.

After getting billed over 600.00 for a simple walk in visit and then fighting with both Billing and my Insurance I will never step foot in this building again. I would rather die then get help from a place that rips you off. After talking to many co workers they also discovered they were getting over charged from this place. If you want to lose a arm and a leg by paying their prices go for it, oh and be prepared for the billing people to harass you, even after telling them I am disputing the charges they still harassed me. Long story short I was right and they were wrong I ended up only paying my co pay of 25, though it took almost 6 months to figure out. Almost forgot to add it was 600 dollars for the doctor to tell me he couldn't do anything for me and that I would need to see a primary doctor. What a JOKE.

Was able to determine online that the average weight was less than four minutes. Made an appointment within the hour and was seen before my scheduled. Appointment time after checking in 15 minutes ahead of time. Was treated with respect, compassion. Caregivers listen carefully to my concerns and made a timely and appropriate diagnosis. Thankfully, I am well on the mend!

Absolutely poor care here, the staff is kind but totally didn’t listen and do their job. Urgent care completely missed my 11mo old sons broken leg because they only took X-rays of his neck and spine. After telling them our concern several times of being worried about hip or leg injury they still only x-rayed his upper body and sent us home. They don’t care here and only do the bare minimum.

Overall, my husband had a good experience and we would recommend going there. He did have to go back the next day since his condition worsened and thats when he had an issue with one of the nurses there. My husband is disabled/handicapped and has Aphasia so he’s hard to understand and I wasn’t available at the time. The nurse was very disrespectful and rude to him, trying to get information from him that was already given less than 24 hours earlier. I understand many people in this world do not have the common courtesy and patience to deal with someone in my husband’s condition but you would think with someone working in a medical facility things would be different. Shame on you!

The team that took care of me was exceptionally extraordinary. I feel like they were so very compassionate; answering every question and concern and definitely went the extra mile!

I had an acute gallbladder attack. Urgent care assessed my condition promptly and sent me to the hospital and made the arrangements for a quick admission.

Everyone was nice and helpful. I felt awful and was really frustrated with how badly I felt. They were so nice and explained things well so I never was confused or wondering what would happen next. I received great care and recommendations to get better quickly.

I waited over 3 hours to be seen at Aurora Medical Center's emergency room. I ended up walking out and going to Urgent Care at the Health Center. I was in very bad shape and needed medical attention. Not once was I asked how I was doing, how long it would be, or if I needed anything. I understand that other patients take precedence but I should have been told or asked something.

My nurse practitioner was amazing! They had me in a room seeing a doctor 20 mins after arriving! She listened to what I was experiencing and confirmed my suspicions. She knew the amount of pain I was in and didn’t even make me wait for a nurse to bring my paperwork, she brought it herself! So many times before when Ive visited an Urgent Care I feel like a bother and when I leave I don’t really feel like they understood how in tune I am with my body! But this time I left feeling validated and understood! I left knowing there was a light at the end of the tunnel! I had questions after leaving and the nurse called me back quickly and gave me instructions on what to do if my pain persisted! Each person I interacted with that day helped me immensely, I am pain free today because of them and I already have a referral appointment to make sure I get answers! 20/10 They deserve raises!
