As a person who is Latin American I find it offensive that as a costumer service representative you get mad at people who don’t know English, people are paying for service and for you to talk and throw ítems at them get a new job, Tim was really rude not to me but the person in front of me maybe get a new job if you can’t deal with your job but always treat others nice or just go to the north side one, they have amazing customer service ?

I have never had a bad experience coming in to the Southside store. They are there for me for all my needs and questions and do whatever they can to go above and beyond to get me what I need.

I went in for a rear wiper blade. I asked for it to get replaced because I was scared I'd break the plastic cover on back wiper arm. They wouldn't do it. It was Skylar that didn't do it.

i love the current workers at this autozone its legit the only reason i go to this one. best customer service by far i dont know the names off hand but one guys a supervisor and the store manager is just amazing. if these people get fired or quit because of corporate ill be visiting rock auto or amazon or some sort of online source. you just cant beat the service!

Thank you Tim at the Southside store. I needed some parts and he went out of his way to call the Grafton store to make sure that they were going to be on the next run. Being a former AutoZone employee I actually called The Grafton store to verify they were going to be on the run and was told that Tim had just called to verify that they were going to make it there on time. Thanks for going the extra mile Tim.

I am done buying parts from this place, the latest screw ups from them, gave the guy a spark plug number to cross check. I get the wrong plugs. I have rewards with this place, other employees have taken the info from rewards. Now I have to waste my time, because they screwed up. I will start shopping for both Harleys and both cars at O'Reilly.

This place sucks. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I won’t be back mainly because the customer service is so bad. With so many other accessible auto parts stores in the area providing the same products, I’ll simply take my business to other stores where I’m not an apparent nuisance to the employees.

It seems like AutoZone has more tools that are available for rental. It makes it a lot easier to get your car repairs done. Thank you to the AutoZone parts store staff.
