Loan office dropped the ball. Never followed through on loan application.Also somehow my phone number got released to endless credit companies who blew up my phone all week.

My experience is commercially based. Used them for our financing needs for 7 years. There must be a change in leadership because they started to treat us like a number. Customer service low priority. Paid off a Short Term Equipment Acquisition Loan early as we sold the equipment and they charged us $6,000 in pre payment penalties. Taking all of our business elsewhere. Gave them multiple opportunities to make it right for us before taking to social outlets. They expressed no interest in taking care of a good customer (Never a late payment, not one). Business Owners beware. Don't go here. I promise you I will regret it. There are MANY more banks that actually care and work with you like a human and work deals beneficial to all parties. They just want a quick dime and find a new customer.

I have referred many customers to bank first for their mortgages. All of them have been very satisfied with their experience and most have moved all their banking needs to bank first. I personally moved my own accounts here and very much enjoy going in. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

A bank that no longer cares about their customers. Merger after merger and completely loosing sight on what it means to be a community bank. Employees who no longer can focus on their customers in their location because they are fielding calls from others. Stressed beyond belief because every where is short staffed and no one can work OT. I hope soon they realize that the way they are running things is going to loose the customers they grew with originally. Sad to see from what used to be a community bank...

Every time that I want to signin-it doesn't work. Have to call inso the gal must reset password. This has been going on now for 2 weeks. Can't you people get that fixed yet? It won't be long and I'm switching banks--pain in The a__ I mean come on.
