I was in a tight spot and Best Buy/ apple would not replace the battery In My iPhone XS. I walked into battery’s plus around 3pm and they had it fixed in less than two hours. Great place and even better people. #1 phone repair service in Sheboygan county by far.

I went in shortly before closing on a Sunday because my phone wouldn't turn on. I walked right in and they were able to help me immediately and at a fair price. The man working was also very nice and seemed happy to help. I can't thank them enough!

Went in there to have my charging port fixed. The next day the lady who fixed the phone says it was glitching and needs screen replacement so i told her not to replace the screen cause she asked for $200plus to replace it. I dont think my phone is worth more than that. Long story short i picked up my phone frustrated and told her im sure i didnt brought the phone there like that and she got sassy so i just paid $63 for the port replacement. I got home checked it i see a crack in the bottom of my phone that looks like from her fixing it. I think my phone wasnt handled properly when she fixed it. For two years ive owned the phone i dropped it multiple times and the screen never broke. Never gonna go do business in that place.

The store manager was very rude with zero customer service experience. I would never walk in that store again.my experience this morning was with your store manger. She said her name was Kesha? not sure if i got her name exactly right. The moment i walked in to share that i had a appt, she was completely annoyed. She made it clear that she was the only one working and couldn't guarantee how long it would take to change my iphone battery because she had to take care of walk in customers. This visit was a waste of my time. I voluntarily did not have her fix my phone as my service was not important to her. When i asked for my phone back she laughed at me. She needs customer service training. Her whole attitude was aggressive and rude.

Not our first B+ experience, all were fine, even getting iPad screen replaced during COVID.But today-Dogwatch collar battery died. Who knew they made 1/2AA batteries? No one in Manitowoc had the correct voltage. Plugged in the number on the Batteries + site, ordered, and was ready to pick up immediately AND we got an online order discount.Batteries+ gets an A+ from this retired teacher. Pic for cuteness.

Never have any issue at batteries plus. We have lifetime battery warranties on all of our watches. Never a problem.

This is my location of choice when my iPhone screens are damaged. Recently they are understaffed, as is most of the nation, which makes it difficult to receive quality service. My last iPhone is not functioning as it should, which I am sure they will make right but who has the time for these inconveniences. Overall A for effort.

Kesha at the sheboygan store has extremely poor communication, impolite, disrespectful, contemptible.. please check 3:50 pm calls on Jan 26th. Not only was she rude she was unwilling to help and had personal issues of the management she was taking out on Me via phone. She insisted she was the only one who could help me yet refused to help. Unwilling to check and order phone screen that was not ordered on account. Dismissed information. I will try my best to reach corporate on this. I do not understand how a person could be so rude and not care when working customer service as a "manager". That's not a person who other employees should take note from. I can understand a bad day, yet this is somthing that should not continue on to other costumers.
