My phone service is fine, however, customer service is extremely awful. Was told they would get a phone for me from another store. When I returned to pick it up three days later I was told it was sold to somebody else. The lady who works there is a liar and very snotty when you confront her on her lies.

Went in to get a phone for my esposa and walked out with a new friend! Great service and personality behind the sales desk. He was friendly and easy to talk with. He helped us communicate with other service that was being cancelled and got the new phone through their service activated fast. He was also generous and great to my daughter Aubrey! Amen!

Staff was less knowledgeable than I am about transferring a SIM card to another phone. Couldn’t get phone number transferred from old company. Staff was friendly even if uneducated.

I've been with Boost for many years, and this is the best location in town. The service is always great. The deals are great. Today we stopped in just to see what phones were available with an upgrade. In and out in 20 minutes, with a new phone for my daughter.

Had to get a new phone because I shattered mine. I was actually a Verizon customer at the time and switched back to boost. New phone but was able to keep my number. Great service I think his name was Brett Sorry if I'm wrong but THANK YOU for being awesome

Came in to get a new phone as mine had a tragic accident. Staff was super helpful in getting me set up with a new phone and accessories to go along with it. Been with boost customer a long time and this store is super helpful! In, out and done! Thanks again guys!
