Purchase a mattress and base for the mattress. Went with my mom to find her a bed. Amy was very helpful and showed us several choices. Many price points for everyone. We didn’t feel pressured at all. Was a fast and easy transaction.

I just went there because my dad was showing my aunt a specific mattress. The lady there was very nice and helpful, without feeling like a used car dealership. Available to help, but not hovering around you like they do at Ashley's or *shudder* bitter neuman.

Excellent job with the whole process! Nobody was able to get couches up my stairs and into my doorway. Box drop got it done! They put work in and were very professional!! Amazing people

Friendly people but NOT a good deal at all. Furniture here was expensive! But I still plan on buying 2 oversized chairs from them when I get my own place. Lmao.

Amy, Patti, and Scott are the best- I purchased a sectional couch and had a problem with one of the legs. They were incredibly accommodating and made good on the issue. Great products, prices, and people!

Went looking for a lift chair at several furniture stores near us and were unsuccessful so took a chance at BoxDrop and so glad we did! From the moment I messaged with questions and Patty responded promptly to the time we walked in the store and Amy greeted us we were very impressed with what we found. The perfect lift chair at an incredible price!!! Amy not only handled the sale but also took the chair apart and loaded it in my car! We will be back for our next mattress and furniture needs.

What a wonderful experience! We were in a rush for a reasonably priced power recliner and super pleased with what we found. Prices were fair and the quality was great, especially over some of your other "discount warehouse" type stores. Amy was friendly, knowledgeable, stayed late to accomodate our schedule (THANK YOU!) and even helped us to get it loaded in the truck. We will go back again, totally recommend!

Our sectional has exceeded expectations!!!this is completely different than any place I've shopped for furniture. Usually sales people are pushy but The ladies that helped me were absolutely FANTASTIC. They offer a "layaway" option so you can make payments; it was simple, easy and fast. We will definitely be coming back for any more furniture needs.

This place is great! We have bought 2 mattresses in the past and now have bought a couch. We got to the store 20 minutes before closing. Amy was super helpful and didn't rush us. She even helped us measure. She held the couch for us until our son could pick it up (we live outside of Sheboygan). Patty helped out son load the truck into his truck. It fits perfect in our space and looks great!
