RACIST. DO NOT GO HERE!! They called my friend the N word with the hard R. i went in on thursday afternoon, i showed tina the picture of what what i wanted, i came home and was bummed however went back two days later to get the color changed as it's not what i asked for. i showed her the EXACT same picture i did on thursday and was charged 30 dollars even though all she did was a polish change, no fill or nothing. the owner David called my friend the N word and proceeded to scream to my sister. i would not go here ever again. terrible customer service.

I just got a pedicure- i said more than once I wanted only a "Regular Pedicure" which was 40.00. When I was finished I was told it was 50.00 because of the gel polish and how they quick dry the nails. I only asked for the regular pedicure-guess I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Went in and took my 2 daughters as a treat on me. We chose the lesser of the 2 options he gave us, assuming it was 45$ as posted on board each. When done he said 70 each. Thats 210$ for 3 people. Left a google review , which he replied to and said sorry and call the store. So i did, and he called me a piece of shit and he don't care what i write. I swear to God. He called me a pos after he told me to call! Classy!

Awful experience. I made an appointment for 1:00 pm, showed up on time, and I was not seated until 1:45 pm. I had dip on my nails & paid to have it removed. However, I had to sit and scrub the dip off my nails while the nail technician was busy with someone else. While getting dip applied, the nail technician was so distracted & rushed everything. She managed to cut each and everyone of my nails. I left with bloody cuticles and swollen fingers. I have had dip applied at multiple other places & have never had an issues with being cut. When I walked up to the counter to pay - I stood there for 5 minutes, while other employees walked right past me, until I finally said something. I don't typically like to complain about services but this was the WORST experience I have had at a nail salon. I won't be surprised if my nails end up infected.

Don't go here. I got an infection from here and my nail fell off they also skinned my ankle when doing a pedicure. Went in all was well was going to get my refund until other people started to come in then they changed completely and told me I did it tp myself and not to play this game yelling at me. Very upset totally uncalled for and unprofessional own up to your mistakes and make it right. Will never go back. Filed a complaint with the consumer protection and more upset about the way this was handled vs the money. What a way to make a customer feel awful for your mistakes! Do notttt go here

Given the other ratings, I was a little nervous to go to Nail World. I was pleasantly surprised though, and feel that they must have resolved a lot of the aforementioned issues. I didn't have any concerns about hygiene, felt that the nail techs were nice, and am happy with my nails.

We went in to 10 am and it was busy so we made a 3 pm appointment and came back 5 minutes to our appointment time. Then sat for 15 minutes while they took the two next to us who had a 330 appointment.

I recently moved here and had to break up with my former nail artist . That being said nails world did a fantastic job, made me feel welcome and took care of me. They know so many of their clients by first name and it's refreshing

Had a pedicure, the worst I've ever had! I know my nails were long, which he kept reminding me! Re-used foil to cover my feet while removing old gel. Then put the foil back to use on someone else. Eww, how many people did he use that on before? Tools not sanitized, dirty towel. He dug so deep, I bled. When he used a small brush, (also not sanitized) he was rough, it hurt. I was looking for a softer massage on the chair, he turned it off. It should have been a pleasant experience, it was painful. I can't believe this place is still open. I shouldn't have left a tip; he certainly didn't deserve one. He seemed angry the entire time. Didn't use an exfoliant, no massage on my feet. I'll never go back, you shouldn't either! When I got home, I poured peroxide all over my feet! If I hadn't, I surely would have gotten an infection!

I was told $45 for my full set and $25 for two toenails w/acrylic and polish change! All of the sudden my nails were $50. Oh my toenails were $35 so it went up from $70 (which I was quoted over the phone) to $85. Then when I sit at the pedicure chair to get my two toenails replaced and a polish change. I turned the massager on the massage chair on and he tells me to "turn it off". In a very extremely rude voice. I guess he didn't want me to enjoy on the chair massage because I didn't pay the $45 that they wanted me to pay for a pedicure that I didn't need. I paid $85 there for their service which quite frankly sucked, and I couldn't turn the massage chair on for a few minutes while he did my toes? That was extremely rude. The table I sat at had the name "Kevin" on it. Not sure if that's his fake name or if he was sitting at someone else's station. Nonetheless this place is not customer service friendly. Everyone was extremely rude. Oh and I asked if they had Wi-Fi at the very beginning upon sitting they said "no" ... again rudely, while all of them are on their phones. Do not go there. I feel they're a bunch of crooks. I not only REGRET going there, I SO REGRET even leaving a tip, against my better judgment!!! Another regret... I wish that there were negative star points for reviews. The only way I was able to post my comment was by giving them one through five stars. So unfortunately I had to give them one star. They didn't deserve any. They deserved -5 stars.

The owner of this nail salon (David) and his wife (Cindy) are 2 of the rudest people I have ever met. The first time I visited this nail salon I was sitting in the waiting area and the owner walked over to me and said just so you know, your nails will cost $75. I asked him how he would know how much it would cost me when he didn’t even ask me what I wanted he didn’t respond. Had an incredible experience here yet again! I walked in without an appointed and got started in about 10 minutes. Hana did an amazing job with my dip manicure. She was so thorough and clean. The price was extremely reasonable as well. I can't wait to go back!

Me and my friend had an appointment for 2:00pm and we sat there for about a half an hour watching about 5 other people go directly to get sat down and get their nails done, at 2:30 we finally decided to leave and take our money else where, i do not recommend going here very crappy services worst nail salon i've been to.

Been going here for years. Customer service is not their expertise. I paid $10 to sit with my hands in a bowl of acetone for 30 minutes past my appointment time. When I finally got Cindy and told her I decided not to have them painted today she blew me off, lightly filed them, threw some oil on and walked away. She didn’t even cut them, ask what I wanted, nothing, and then charged me $10!! I literally had to come home and get the rest of the polish off and cut my nails. I could have bought my own acetone for less than that. I will NEVER be back. Now I know why others who visit other salons talk about why they don’t go there anymore.
