Good attitude. I rented a storage unit and it was to small so I called them to get a bigger unit and they had no problem with it at all. Changed my unit over the phone and went back to the office afterwards and payed the difference. My unit is in a secured fecned in area with camars and you can only get in with a password of your choice. I'm very happy with this place and will refer people to them
