Called and asked about setting up three lines, I wanted to know the total price as well as some other basic questions. The employee was so unprofessional and rude. Was not knowledgeable, and heard him audibly sigh several times. These were basic questions I was asking.Thank you for showing me what I almost got myself into.

Upgraded 2 phones today. Tommy was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable of products and the process and he is the King of Multi-tasking! He helped 3 customers at once while he was training Andrew and he never missed a beat. Bravo Tommy and Cricket Wireless

Because they didn't help me. I've taken my phone in there 2,3 times telling them there is something wrong with my phone. They just tell me it's my server or other stuff. Right now not to happy with them.

I am very upset to hear that Ms. Elsa is no longer with the company, believe me they are going to lose alot of business, because Elsa was a shining star for cricket, she made you feel right at home with her smile, the way she would greet you at the door, she kept the store clean and smelling good. I have seen employees go and come from cricket, but Elsa was so different. Sad to say that the new manager is still there, she is rude, not a people person and doesn't know how to greet or make the customers feel welcome. I am going to look into starting a petition with customers about Ms. Elsa. That manager need to lighten up on her makeup and those fake eyelashes that almost reaching her eyebrows and her hygiene is bad. Business will not be the same, especially with the mexican customers, she had a heart for them. I will look into the petition and hopefully start it soon as possible.

I am very grateful that cricket have employees like Elsa that are willing to serve the community at a time like this, i went to the store to add a phone to my account and surprise my #1 employee was working. Me and family want to thank Elsa for her customer service and not giving up in time like this. Elsa deserve a award . she is a brave lady.

I am very satisfied with the customer service me and my family receive from Elsa, we have now a total of 10 phones in two different accounts. Thank you Elsa for being so patience with my family. This lady goes beyond her job to help her customers. I will not deal with no other employee in the store because they are rude . Keep up the awesome job Elsa.

Kayla was so helpful. I had purchased my 1st smart phone and she was so patient with all of my questions and in helping me pick a plan. I am thankful Sheboygan has a store where I can work with an actual person. I have tried the online chat and it is a robot that doesn't understand my questions or helps at all. There is something to be said to be able to speak directly with a live person. Kayla is wonderful with customers - her people skills are to be commended. Thank you Kayla!
