The associate greeted me, very personable and friendly. The shelves were a little bare and prices were a little high. I have used their online service for to pick up items they were efficient and quick and their photo department, no complaints there. I have shopped here on several occasions and will continue to do so.

Pharmacy associate refused to give me my prescription despite both my insurance company and doctor signing off on the refill of a medication I’ve been on for 7 years and was part of my normal standard of care. The same associate even hung up on my insurance company. Looking at past reviews it seems as though this isn’t the first instance of the cvs refusing to give people they’re medication.

Located in the center of town with free off street parking that's wheelchair accessible. Prescriptions filled quite quickly even if you're a walk-in and delivery is also available. Place is clean with the shelves well stocked and weekly deals and bargains always available. Staff is friendly helpful bathrooms are also wheelchair accessible and clean.

After so many years after this was built, I visited this place for the first time. Impressed!! So much in one small little store: food, clothing, pharmacy, stationary, everything! I always thought it was exactly like Walgreens but the atmosphere and selections available are so different which makes CVS stand out! Super simple and lots to see inside.

After a confusing mixup with the provider, my prescription came in right at closing time, like the exact minute. Pharmacist David stayed a few minutes late to fill the scrip. Thank you!!!

Very poor customer service. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes while the pharmacist looked my direction several times. I finally just drove off without my medication.

Never a lot of traffic there despite being at a very busy intersection. In fact, the place looks closed most of the time even though it is not. Spacious aisles and good lighting so I don’t understand how they can walk by all the dust and dirt on the products for sale. It just seems to be second rate. If the employees would be attentive to these things it would be a much nicer place. It is usually not busy in there so there should be plenty of time for housekeeping to be completed daily.

Moved from Iowa to Wisconsin. Walgreens was our pharmacy in Iowa and did the same in Sheboygan to discover, that Walgreens is a mess in Wisconsin (messed up our insurance repeatedly, errors with filling the prescriptions). Our son verified they had had the same experience. Switched to CVS. Selected store with good pharmacy hours, 8am-8pm (store open until 9pm) which is helpful for working people. The Pharmacy Manager was very helpful in getting some coupons for an expensive drug, working through confusion with our new insurance, etc. Everyone we have worked with in the store has been kind and helpful. That's how competition is supposed to work, do a bad job, lose customers, do a good job, gain customers. We are CVS-Sheboygan customers now.

Over 20 minutes to get 5 UPS packages scanned. While the employee was friendly he needed to call for help & didn't. Could not talk & work at the same time!! Absolutely MADDENING!!

Went to this CVS for a covid booster shot and it was a pleasant experience! The store itself is pretty big, clean and has plenty 0f space and inventory for everyone. Service was grade A if you ask me. The normal worker was pita and friendly and the pharmacy people were pretty much the same! As for the booster shot, no pain no after affects, all went well with it. No problems, I personally found this was a great CVS, nothing more nothing less!Pictures are of the inside and outside 9f the CVS.

Not only was I able to receive assistance in reference to what my insurance offered, but the attendant of 44 years employment, stopped what she was doing, and went through the magazine of items I could choose from, but walked me through the store to locate items.I cannot imagine this kind of assistance anywhere that I have ever been in the U.S.A. I am TOTALLY amazed at the assistance I received today at the C.V.S. located on 14th and Erie in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.Do notbe afraid to ask for assistance in this C.V.S., you will be impressed and grateful!I feel like I could go into this store after ONE visit, and know where many products I need, are located.
