I was told it would be a week. It's now 5 weeks and was told 3 more weeks!!!
I called several times a week, was told parts had to be ordered, those parts have been in for 2 weeks so no w it will be another 3 weeks apparently they don't have enough workers, why was i not told that when they did the estimate

Thank you to Joe and his crew for the work and care put in to make my car look great again. Listened to my concerns and hit them head on without any problems between communication. My car doesn’t have OEM parts made for it anymore so it was not as straight forward as most vehicles. Price was right and so was the workmanship. The office responded quickly and fluently. Overall 10/10 experience. Thank you Deans!

Nice paint job from a minor wrinkle, requiring new door skin. Promised 3-4 days of work- turned out to be 20 days in the shop. Received vague answers as to what the holdup was, when I inquired as to status periodically, none of which were acceptable to me. You might want to seek work elsewhere if time is important to you. I’m hoping this is a one off experience as I have used them before without problem.

I recently had my truck repaired at Dean’s Auto Body after hitting a deer, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My initial appointment was smooth and quick, and when I ran into some challenges with my insurance company, Dean’s immediately stepped in and took the lead to get everything sorted out. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding—I received regular progress updates and always felt in the loop. Most importantly, the finished work was excellent—my truck looks brand new. Having a collision is never fun, but Dean’s made the process as stress-free as possible. Top-notch service from start to finish.

Dean's did an outstanding job repairing my car. Considering the amount of work involved and a few hiccups along the way it did take a bit longer than originally expected but the final product was well worth it. They did a phenomenal job matching the paint color and all workmanship was excellent.
